We booked two facials and two gel pedicures. The facials were nice. The gel pedicures, which are supposed to last two weeks at least, looked horrific within 4 days of our visit. Other than that, the venue is spectacular. Particularly the sauna, jacuzzi and infinity pool.

Stunning hotel with beautiful views of Cape Town. The staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel is situated very close to the waterfront and therefore it's really easy to move around CPT. Rooms are very spacious and has a nice desk to work on,if required.

We've just stayed at this hotel whilst exhibiting at the CTICC. It's a perfect location for the trade center which is just a couple of minutes walk. The hotel has great facilities including a fairly well equipped gym, indoor pool etc. The executive lounge is very good with table service and amazing panoramic views of the city. The only criticism...

As I ordered dinner in room, they got signature from me to charge its bill to room number 625 but after 5 mins they called and told we should collect its charge in cash or credit card, I told ok, after 30 mins you may come to room to collect it, as the matter of money, very sooner in middle...

The moment you enter the hotel you will feel comfortable, smell good 😊, friendly staff at every point of service like reception , concierge and the restaurant. Breakfast is really nice and hot plate is served on order very nicely . Near to the CCIT . Sleep is not very comfortable, reception little slow .But still Highly recommended.

We love staying in the Westin when traveling because they always have quality facilities and service. While perhaps more on the expensive side, the rooms are lovely and relatively spacious. The beds are particularly comfortable. The security is good, there is a decent gym, spa and infinity pool. As with being in SA, I recommend using the safe for valuables...

I spent one night in this hotel. The hotel is just opposite the ICC in Cape Town, and very close to the V&A Waterfront. Great service at reception, and check in was swift and smooth. I went up to my room, and I was happy with the size of the room, and the bathroom had both a shower and a...

We stayed at the Westin in order to be near the start of the Cape Town Cycle Tour which was abandoned because of high winds! The hotel is a business rather than a tourist hotel. It is exceedingly well run and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept beautifully clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfasts are...

Great welcome desk and very professional staff with high customer care. The breakfast is a real continental one, at executive floor the you can enjoy the 360 degree view. The only improvement point is related to the pool: even if it's infinity at 19th floor, this become too small for the potential people that could be there.
