We had a 4 days & 3 nights stay here. Comfy and clean rooms! This is a good to go hotel especially when you're on a tight budget and it comes with a free breakfast too! Their staff is so helpful, they make every effort to assist you. And oh, their food is really really great! :)

I stayed for 3 days, the reception remembered who I was from a year ago which was amazing. The buffet Breakfast is great and freshly prepared. There is an excellent coffee shop around the corner and the Italian restaurant next door is superb. Please note that the underground parking has been purchased by another company. Previously on arrival you could...

I was in Cape Town for two nights on a mission trip. The hotel had a great location. It was very close to the parliament. The staff was wonderful. Great price. The only negative was the noise outside.

Parliament Hotel is in an old building in City Center. There are not many restaurants near by and the kitchen closes at 9pm. The bathrooms are outdated and while the bedroom is big, the bed was not that comfortable. The breakfast is good. I think it is over-priced for what it offers.

Decent location, the quality of service slowly declined towards the end. I would recommend it if you are on a budget and looking for a good location. Customer spend roughly 3 days there. Service was overall good and at time very average.

This is a very well located place. Hotel people were quite nice and eager to help you. Facilities were fine. Breakfast was good and enough to keep running the whole morning. A trattoria nearby provides the food after being walking around.
