The hotel was nice and clean. We did, however, get a bad room on the ground floor right next to reception and breakfast hall. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny. Wasn't impressed by the decor in the room. The lounge, however, was very nice. Liked the location as was nearby some bars etc. Felt like the area... More

Really lovely hotel, excellent area/location in Cape Town. Each room is different, decorated with a vintage touch. Very kind staff and assistance. A special place I would definitely go back to! A place with personnality.

I highly recommend the Fritz Hotel; it has a charming traditional style, is excellent value, in a good location, clean, great breakfast, good comfortable beds and friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Charmaine for organising a very last minute trip to Robben Island for us.

This has to be one of our favorite places we've stayed around the world. The location is great, the room was immaculate, the staff was very helpful. And that generous buffet breakfast had something for everyone. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around and we walked to the waterfront in about half an hour.

We had a beautiful werkend at the Fritz. It is perfectly located at the beginning of Gardens and has a nice lobby with a great African atmosphere. There's also breakfast tables in the garden. The owner was always helpful and friendly. Great breakfast buffet and excellent Saeco coffee! :-) Would always recommend it.

We are a family of 4 adults. We had a very nice stay in 2 seperate suites. I forgot a small bag in my room and only discovered this one week later, after we arrived back home. I phoned the Fritz hotel, and was helped by Charmaine. She found the bag and was very helpful and friendly, and went out... More

Compact, comfortable and excellent location! Honestly not the best amenities but just what you would need for a comfortable stay and especially when you are out all day exploring you don't really spend that much time in. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous , special mention to Dianne who helped us book all our day trips and went out of... More

Very nice hotel in city centre. Quiet and comfortable. Cheap also. A very good base to visit Capetown. We walked a lot and saw most of the Capetown highlights' s.a. Table mountain, Waterfront, Longstreet, Green Market , Bokaap, The Castle, Camp Bay e.s.o.
