Cracking place to stay! Great comfort wherever you choose to stay roomwise and excellent staff! Very homely to myself indeed. Would recommend any weary traveller or drop in student whoever you may be.

It's locate between waterfront and sea point. Probably around 20 minutes walk to waterfront, but it is close to supermarket and restaurants. The room is very spacious, the bed can be very shaky, but it's comfortable enough to sleep in. The facility is awesome, they have communal kitchen, and cute common area to relax and chill. Not a place to...

I enjoyed my couple of nights in the hostel with my wife, the hostel has good conditions, is very well localized and the staff is helpfully. However the music in the bar past midnight didn't helped much to have a relaxing sleep.

Alright where to begin? I slept in a form that sleeps 10. The room was well ventilated, bright and as clean as it gets. The beds where very comfortable. There's a small pool that's being cleaned daily. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The kitchen is even cleaner and well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and pretty much every other kitchen...

We stayed four nights here at sunflower stop. The staff was very friendly. The only thing which wasn't good was that the window in the bathroom doesn't work, so it was at night cold. The kitchen was big, but sometimes not really clean, but it was ok. Altogether the stay was good.

Thanks for review, I have now replaced the window so thanks for bringing this to my attention. We clean the kitchen twice a day and it is very frustrating when guests do not clean up after themselves. So sorry about this.

It's a very good location to the V &A waterfront, just a short drive to the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Washing machines and dryers available. Nice new kitchen. Sociable atmosphere. Can get a bit noisy at night ;-)

Stayed here for just one night before traveling on to Windhoek. Was very accommodating with a very nice and helpful staff. Did a quick laundry run, got my directions to the bus station from the staff and had a warm and really cozy bed for the night. I could imagine that it would be really great for a longer stay....

I had the pleasure of sleeping in a dorm room for 2 nights at the Sunflower Stop Backpackers. The beds were comfortable with quality bedding, the staff were nice and friendly, and the whole atmosphere of the place was relaxed. The kitchen was revamped recently and it is quite a pleasant experience to spend time there. Although there is nothing...

I am not a frequent user of hostels so went to stay at the sunflower with some trepidation (was booked by party leader). However I can honestly say that this hostel is as good as a 3 star hotel. It is very clean, very well appointed with a beautiful large modern kitchen and laundry services. The bunk bed I slept...
