What so many other reviewers have said is true. This is a very nice property in a convenient position, yet also very quiet and with some limited off street parking. Well furnished. Lovely staff. Friendly birds that are taken for a walk by a clearly conscientious staff member every morning. Excellent breakfasts freshly made and served in lovely semi open...

My wife and I stayed here for three nights and then a further week a fortnight later: it is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed (honesty bar) and the very friendly staff (and parrots) created a welcoming and personal feel. The building is characterful and ideally situated; secure parking is a bonus and it is a ten-minute safe and easy walk...

Great location and easy to access. Lovely old wooden house with lots of nice features. Great breakfast. Lockable parking. African grey parrot called Susie. Some of our party found the lack of toilet privacy in the rooms disconcerting. Overall highly recommended.

A wonderful gem tucked quietly away in a Green Point back water; a little tricky to find if you're driving yourself and only have a basic tourist map. However, a beautiful room well appointed, comfortable and maintained. My only tiny criticism is - why instant coffee with breakfast; "real" coffee would be much better received. Thank you

The staff were terrific and the welcome we received was so warm and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed in room 7, unfortunately as we were late booking this probably was one of the last rooms left. It was spacious and comfortable but very dark, with lack of natural light and could have done with more artificial light in...
