This boutique stay is absolutely wonderful. Clean rooms all with a striking view of the knysna cliffs. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. There are lots of hikes, boat trips and great eateries nearby not to mention the little beach at the bottom of the hill. Breakfast & Dinner at this venue was amazing! We will definitely return when...

Travelled with my husband, stayed for two nights. Location is one of the best in the world, the owner and staff were friendly, food was superb. The rooms are cosy with great views and very comfortable beds. The owners have managed to get a nice balance for a guest house, it can be interactive but also cosy if you want...

Unbeatable view, lovely service & helpfulness from staff with anything at all they were asked. Very knowledgable about the area also. Food was average, but breakfasts really lovely. Lack of relaxing outside furniture on our balcony. Only supplied with two uncomfortable heavy chairs. We were very lucky to secure the last available room which was functional but had a jaw...

A chance find whilst admiring the Heads. A lovely looking boutique hotel. The location is amazing. The architecture is neat, and the view. Well you must visit. We sat on an amazing deck and had a lovely Greek salad. The bar looked fabulous, stocked with some great SA wines. Pity we weren't staying! My only criticism was portion size. Very...

Great location but things to be improved here before I'd say it's a luxury retreat . Decor in the main dining area is old fashioned . Stayed in the Oyster room and was unimpressed considering price. Small and overlooking car park. No sun loungers by the pool. Smokers sent out to car park which is fine but might be a...

If you are staying just a few nights in Knysna, then this boutique hotel at the top of the east head could be something for you. The view is stunning. The managers are impressively very eager and attentive. Nice interior. Some downsides however: - Water is not really working in the room, so almost had some shower disasters - Wifi...

From the time we arrived until our departure we experienced fantastic service and the breakfast was superb, as was the dinner and the room! HoH offers views that are out of this world over the Heads, the atmosphere is homely and the staff are wonderful. It is conveniently close to Knysna with all it's attractions. We enjoyed our stay immensely...

The property is located overlooking the sea on a cliff and the views are totally breathtaking. It's an intimate hotel, with great service and food. There was something very special having dinner in the restaurant with the sunsets, sea and cooling breeze. Debbie and Webster were just brilliant throughout our stay and made us feel totally at home.
