Situated up a long winding private road outside Knysna, it is very peaceful and situated in some remaining bush. Loved sitting in the pool looking out over the estuary on the very social terrace. They do not serve dinner but its only short trip down...More

Amazing experience. Excellent service and breakfast was superb! The views were unbelievable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would most certainly recommend this for a romantic getaway.

Lovely place and will definitely visit again. Lovely location and loved the room layout and have already recommended to family and friends. Would love to purchase vouchers online at discounted rates in the future.

Elephant Hide Lodge was a wonderful place. We enjoyed our two days here very much. The staff were really friendly. The meals excellent. The cottages were large, well equipped and had a nice outlook as well as a balcony. Nicely set out for privacy. Close...More

Beautiful little place hidden away in the Knysna forest. Magnificent views of the Knysna Lagoon. So peaceful. Would recommend it to everyone. Fantastic bath with jets and they supply the bath salts, bubble bath and candles. We did not eat there so I cant comment...More
