We had a pleasant stay at Adley House. The rooms are very comfortable and well set up. The breakfast was amazing.. Great service from all staff. Location was close enough to walk into town if you had no transport. but it was just a 5 min drive.

Lovely house and gardens and very quiet location. Big comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. What more could you want ? Close enough to walk into the town and have a first class dinner at Jemima's .

Adley House provided us with excellent food, service and furnishings and amenities in our room. After staying in more than 10 B&B's on our trip, this one was, by far, the best. The position of Adley House, also made it easy to walk into town to restaurants and parks.

Too old hotel victorian style, small room and no maintenance. Wifi was no good... Swimming pool was very very small. Long distance from restaurant by foot, but very calm situation around.Nice garden. Normal breakfast, nothing special. In my opinion it is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel 4 stars.Kind people but I don't recommend...

Adley House is a perfect place to stay whilst visiting Oudtshoorn. It's within walking distance of the main shopping/dining areas and offers excellent accommodation on a quiet road. The rooms are well furnished, clean and inviting and the breakfasts are substantial. The accommodation was offered as an alternative to my first choice and I did not regret it.

It is a beautiful guest house, we stayed only one night however it was cozy, nice garden and great breakfast. The only issue was the wifi that was hard to access from the room however at the breakfast room it worked.

Adley House is in a quiet street, but not within walking distance of restaurants. The gardens are very attractive but the rooms, in a separate block from the main house are very dated and feel as if they were last updated in the 1980's. Our shower drain was blocked and, standing ankle deep in tepid water, it clearly hadn't been...
