This hotel has seen better days - refer to photos. We got a really good deal at this hotel, but maybe we got stuck in a bad room because it was in desperate need of an upgrade. The place lacks serious maintenance. I attach my personal photos as proof...

I havent stayed there for some time, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything worked. With good restaurants very close to the hotel we had choices. Breakfast in the hotel was also OK. There was even a ladies bar that stayed open until 10pm. This could have been a bit longer.

Room 229 (view of the pool) Pluses: Quick check-in service, TV, free WiFi in room, bath/shower, large room, nice/quiet hotel, comfy beds - good breakfast buffet. Room for improvement: Bland decor, a bit tired, still using old keys, patio door did not lock. No fridge, hairdryer, lockbox nor facecloths (normal for the country) and since I hate carpets - I...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night while touring the area. The reception staff was welcoming, and the room was pleasant, clean, and quiet. There are a number of restaurants in the immediate area and it is pleasant and safe to stroll.

We stayed here on the way back to Jo'burg. The rooms are basic and nothing special. Not properly cleaned. There were 4 of us in a room, but only 1 tea bag. The Protea hotel down the road was advertising a cheaper rate and they have much better rooms.

We checked in on the 31st December and booked 5 rooms for a 3 night stay. We were warmly welcomed by Jackie and she introduced me to the manager of the restaurant but basically the good service stopped there. Feedback on the experience: • The evening of the 31st we were told that crockery and table will be available, but...

We stayed one night whilst passing through Oudtshoorn. Very friendly staff, big comfortable rooms but very basic. It was fine for just the night but wouldn't stay there longer. Reminded us of the old holiday inn hotels that we used to love.

We stayed on December 6, 2015 at the Oudtshoorn Inn. It is an old dated hotel, which really should not have the name hotel. The first room we were given, there was to run an air conditioner but the room temperature was higher than the outside temperature (38gr). The next room we got was a little cooler, but the air...

The room is nice, but bathroom is old. Grounds are not being maintaned daily. Breakfast was poor. ran out of certain foods, did not have the basics such as tamatoe sauce, mayonaise, no ice either. Lift is old. Son got transported in the lift without pressing anything. Reception is friendly. Asked for towels for the pool, was told it would...
