Rooms at guesthouse are beautiful, spotless and clean. Beautiful garden and facilities loved the pool area where we could enjoy fellowship with friends. Sunday lunch the restaurant was lovely and well priced..on the whole we loved the place and would definitely come back. very fascinated with the tent homes along the river..excellent and well equipped.

The property has lovelg gardens and a good breakfast. We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen and terrace which was lovely. We walked down to the resturant on the same property for dinner which was very tasty and reasonabky priced,

Nice respite after a day driving from Cape Town and checking out ostrich farm and animal park. Boys had fun playing with the bunnies. What I want to highlight is this brief story: We spent one night and hundreds of km down the road discovered that we left my son's doll behind in the bed sheets. After just one call,...

I went here because it's highly rated on TripAdvisor. I was very disappointed, the wine/drinks menu is shocking for an establishment in the Cape where wine is made. I had the ostrich burger which they proclaim to be the best in the area, it was terrible. The setting is pretty.

We spent 2 nights here on our road trip from PE to Cape Town. It is a few kilometres out of town and so it was great that they have both an onsite restaurant (where we had a delicious meal) and self catering facilities in the room. My 3 yr old daughter loved the friendly farm dogs and the ponies...

I had a double bed room, which came with a kitchen, all the utensils one can ever need to cook up a meal, a private braai pit, and a view of the green lawn and the farm animal pen right in front. The young guy on duty was friendly and pretty awesome. So I bought everything I needed for a...

Traveling from Durban to Cape Town the town of Oudsthoorn is a must see. Staying at De Oude Meul was definitely a high light! Situated close to the well known Cango Caves and nearby is a very nice zoo.

My husband & I stayed here for a night, after using booking.com to do our accommodation. We selected the option to arrive between 10-11pm, so we would have enough time to travel there safely, and drop off our kids. We got a call at 9pm to inform us the gates will be locked at 10pm, so we have to be...

Beautiful and peaceful location in the mountains. Great double unit with excellent facilities. A very relaxing environment. The breakfast buffet caters for all tastes. A great place to stay if you are visiting the caves.

We booked an overnight stay on our trip from Cape Town to Joburg and on arrival realised we had not given ourselves enough time! The family owned farm is a really lovely place to stay and our family unit was huge. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen, with aircon and ceiling fans if needed. We had a delicious dinner...
