Picardie is just 1km uphill from the busy main road but you will find it to be a peacefull home away from home right from the start. It is a good basis to explore the Western Cape from. Rooms is excellent for families. Cosy and romantic for couples. Pet friendly options available. Onsite shop with bites and local fresh produce....

A friendly and homely guest farm. Rooms were adequate - could have done with a little touch here and there. It was a good location for the occasion so cannot complain. Staff very friendly. Value for money - I thought on the pricey side - but staff did go out of their way to give our group a good stay!

This farm is in a beautiful location, it is a family run B&B. Room was comfortable and everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful and excellent breakfast served with a smile. Loved the shop on site and the pizza at lunchtime was delicious. Will visit again.

Definately not the place to stay. Rooms are dirty, aircons do not work, ameneties of bad quality. Overall looks bad except for the beautiful dam. We did not receive the unit we booked. We arrived tired, just to be moved from one unit to another. Nobody seems to know what was going on. Walked into the kitchen to see the...

It is a great farm in a great location. However on the day we were there it was 37 degrees. When asked if there is water supplied in the rooms the person who showed us to our room said their should be as we have our own spring water. There was nothing in the fridge. (He did go get for...

Picardie Guest farm is set in Paarl behind Laborie Wine Farm and one has beautiful views of the vineyards and looking towards Worcester the Paarl mountains while on the property is a lovely dam complete with ducks and geese. There are also horses and other animals in an open field close to the house which really makes one feel you...

We stayed in the loft unit. Beauyiful surroundings. I do however feel the loft unit is rather on the expensive side for what it offers. Pleasant stay however. The dam and zip line is really cool for kids. The other units seem very nice and very rustic.

We had a lovely stay at Picardie Guest Farm. It's a farm in town!! Cannot ask for anything more. It has a relaxing atmosphere, sitting at the lapa overlooking the farmdam with Paarl Valley at the back. Picardie has a 3 star rating, and the room we were booked in was like a 5 star hotel. The owner welcomed us...

It's with regret that I type this review. What was intended to be a relaxing, special wedding weekend (with my bridesmaids and my husband) at a quiet, beautiful farm ended up being terribly disappointing. I made the booking months in advance, only to arrive at the venue to a roudy rugby tour group and a wedding taking place on the...
