We stayed here for a friend's wedding, our bath had hair in it, the "heated"pool was broken so they couldn't heat it. Their website says check out is 11am but we got a call at 10 am saying we have to check out-when we said their website says 11am they stated it had to be updated still. Then to top...

What a beautiful serene peaceful venue , setting the mood for another great weekend in Stellenbosch. Like a perfect bottle of award winning wine everything here blends in... the blue mountains, the Vineyard, the powder blue sky and the smell of oak barrels. The food was displayed as on a artists canvas and more importantly tasted as good as it...

The lodges at De Zalze are to a superb standard, and our stay was well catered for, relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast is only matched by the wonderful service from the staff. Cannot fault it! Well worth the **** rating.

We had an amazing 3 day stay at this gorgeous venue. The room was superb (one bed suite with mountain views to die for) and the service and food was excellent. We spent our days playing golf on the fantastic golf course, well looked after by the golf club and partook of the wine tasting and food at the lodge...

We absolutely loved our stay at Kleine De Zalze Lodge. To wake up every morning looking across to the Simonsberg Mountain range and the golf course was truly amazing. The setting was tranquil. The accommodation excellent and staff very engaging. Definitely, definitely would recommend staying here!

Staff was unfriendly most of the time and at first not willing to help us (e.g. with a transportation to the city or with dinner reservations).... only after several requests they finally got us a dinner reservation and a transport which was totally overpriced compared to Uber, which we used from then on. The room was a dark hole... a...

Situated in a lovely environment with a first class wine and golf estate on the property. The experience was pricey due to the location and fascilities and season. Terroir restaurant is superb but lodge and golfcourse meals are average. Would come again and can be higkly recommended.

Its part of a winery estate and located between the wine cellars and a golf course. The villas and apartments are well designed and furnished. The bistro there is good, yet excellent value for money. We enjoyed our dinner snd breakfast there.

“you can clean your bathrooms and bedrooms better. No maintenance was done. Carpet was torn, toilet was held in place with silicone and was lose. Soap decanters were dirty. bedding was damaged and stained. I will not recommend this place. It was definitely not worth the money we paid.”
