Overall it is ok....everything is fine except the room.... the pool and the restaurant is nice. But I had a bug problem with the room... it was really ugly and there were so many animals in the room and the bathroom was like a prison! It was not possible to close the front door to the room really so there...

This is definately not a 3 star hotel more like 2 star budget accommodation. Air-conditioning units on the 2nd floor are inadequate for size of rooms in the heat of the day and desperately need cleaning out. After much negotiation with reception staff was finally moved to a ground floor cooler room. Rooms are old, damp and musty. 2 Small...

The doors don't close properly, there is a hanglock however there is always a gap. So you can hear everything outside. Staff is friendly however the owner/manager is rude and unprofessional. There is a tiny restaurant and while we were having lunch she ordered all staff to gather and she reprimanded them one by one. It was really rude and...

We were a group of 13 people and we stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful place. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and unobtrusive. The pond with the lillies just next to the hotel makes this place a very special one. We had a great time here!

We stayed 1 night, were positively impressed by the location next to a pond filled with lillies and close to the sea. The planning of the hotel gives a cosy setting around the swimming pool. Bathroom could be cleaner.

The hotel is in a lovely setting with a nice pool, clean comfortable room and good food. The staff look after you well and are always smiling it's a little overpriced but acceptable for what you get, outside the hotel not so good use this as a base to explore

We stayed at Rama Shinta for one night as the other accommodation we booked in Candi Dasa was not available for our first night in the village. We wish we had booked Rama Shinta for our entire stay! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and simple but the absolute stand-out aspects of the hotel were the...
