In relation to work in Paranaque, Manila, I stayed at Casa Joaquin a few times. It is by far the best place I have stayed in Manila. Ate Sharon and ate Daisy are really sweet and accommodating making it a place, where you can relax and feel at home, while escaping the hassle of Manila.

Staying here for a business trip March 6-10, 2017, the place is very accessible just 8mins. walk to FDC Taguig, Sharon and her colleague are both nice and friendly. The place is clean and peaceful, @ 7:00am breakfast is served my favorite meal in a day and i love the Patio Dining. Im gonna stay here again.

The place is so beautiful and quiet. You can see it is well maintained. The room is clean as well as the CR (I'm really particular on this). It's something you'll look forward to especially here in the metro where everyone seems to be in a hurry. If you want a quick getaway without spending too much on your fare,...

This wonderful little guest house is only about 30 minutes from the airport, (traffic permitting). Very nice rooms, and attentive staff, so helpful. The taxi pick up form the airport was as smooth as silk, so a big thank you to Albert. Will definitely stay there again.

This is definitely one of my favorite places in manila. The staff are very friendly and patient, flexible to accommodate me whatever time i arrive. Breakfast is prepared in a very homey fashion, no frills but made with simplicity and sincerity. The place is located in a residential area, so its relatively quiet, except for the sound of the planes...

The pick-up service worked very well, even though I arrived in the middle of the night. The rooms of the B&B are large with nice air-condition, including a bathroom ensuite with a hot, strong shower. Sharon took care of everything while I visited, no matter what extra wishes I had. I also enjoyed a very nice dinner at the B&B...

Well first the location isn't the best, because it is inside a subdivision, so there are no shopping malls or shopping opportunities near. The price is quite ok - the house and the garden are secure, silent and clean. The workers are really friendly. We took a room for our family - 2 Adult - 2 Kids - 1 dog...

Ayala Land Inc is developing ARCA SOUTH next door to our place and within 2 years there will be a first class mall, a movie theater and all the well known fast food and eateries will be putting up branches there. Our problem would be how to keep our place as private and as peaceful as it is now.

The staff is very friendly and are interested in making your stay pleasurable. Breakfasts are very good and they are served out on the veranda. The common area is lovely and the yard spacious. A number of comments mention that the B&B is difficult to find. We had no problem because we got directions from the proprietors before hand. It...

Casa Joaquin is lovely place. Very nice villa with violet rooms and white furniture and two awesome ladies who are taking care about you every single minute. BUT...the place..
