The only airport hotel of the Philippines premier airport, the NAIA. Offers nice comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. Amenities include shuttle service to and from the airport, beauty parlour, barbershop, spa, massage, travel agency, rent a car, pool, convenience store, different restaurants to choose from.
Manila Airport Hotel was my choice, on three occasions, during a recent visit to the Philippines. On all three occasions, I found the desk staff courteous and efficient, the room attendant gracious and thorough, in outfitting and cleaning my room. The view from the two rooms varied-the first night, my room faced the southwest, looking out over a nearby barangay (neighbourhood) of Paranaque District. The other three nights, my room looked out on a nearby wellness resort. There is a full-service massage, barber shop and wellness room, in the lobby of the hotel, as well as two car rental agencies and a small restaurant-coffee shop.

Don’t expect a five star establishment when it only has two stars however the room was comfortable enough and we used it for a day stopover as our flight arrived in early and our connecting flight was leaving late. Taxi from Airport was approx 400 peso. Room had comfy bed , aircon which worked well, TV, Wifi and shower. Shower needed a little help to run he he. Overall not a bad stay considering.

I booked online as I was due to fly out at 0720 the next morning and didn’t fancy the drive from Antipolo at 3am. I had originally booked the Holiday Inn Express (formerly Remington) but after booking, they sent a message saying that it was a quarantine hotel and I couldn’t stay there. Thank you, Booking.com; this was not clear on your website. I eventually managed to get the booking cancelled without charge. I’d stayed at the Manila Airport Hotel several years ago and remember is as old and basic but OK. It’s now the OYO Manila Airport Hotel and it’s no longer OK. On check-in I was asked for a PhP1000 cash deposit; credit cards not accepted! Not a good start, particularly if you’ve just arrived in the Philippines and don’t have local cash. We were given two packs containing a toothbrush, toothpaste and soap, and shown to the room which was clean but spartan. There was no safe, only one bedside table with no bedside light and a desk. The TV had only local channels and the aerial was perched behind the curtain rail with a cable draped over the desk. Although the curtain was a blackout one, it was about a foot away from the wall so useless. One towel was on the bed. The pillows were small and very thin and my partner asked me to request extra pillows. I phoned reception and asked for another towel and two more pillows. I got the towel but declined to pay the PhP100 demanded for the pillows and they would not budge on that. I had advised the front desk on arrival that I would be leaving at about 4am but my partner was not flying with me and would check out later. I tried to have a shower before leaving but there was no hot water. The sliding part of the shower screen was missing! When I went through the lobby at 3.15am, the two girls on the desk were asleep on their chairs under a sheet and I didn’t want to wake them. However, the security guard at the exit called them and woke them. I explained that I had an early flight but my partner was still jn the room and would leave later. They seemed satisfied and I was allowed to leave but I later learned that they had phoned the room and woken my partner. I will not be booking this hotel again!…

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. First, the 2 ladies in the front desk during the night we arrived we're sooo rude and disrespectful. When I was talking to them and asking them questions, one of the lady kept on typing on her computer while talking to me! That was not a proper way to talk to your customer. Then, my husband called in the front desk because we want to inform them that there was no remote control in the room then the lady who answered the phone was like "wait.wait. wait". She said that to my husband not even addressing him as "sir". What the heck. The room was so dirty. We asked for a deluxe room queen size bed. One bed in a room since I am with my husband. They gave us a room that was very dirty, and have 2 beds inside. There was poop on the toilet. The curtains are not fitted to the window so when I took off my clothes, I can see outside the window that somebody might see me inside the room. There was only a TV, telephone, 2 beds, and a closet. That's it. And the worst is, when I talked to them on the phone, they told me that the price of the room is only 2, 498. But when we arrived together with my American husband they said it's 3, 898. With 1K deposit. I asked the lady why is the price like that and she said because it was deluxe and a queen size bed. But when we check in to our room, it was not a queen size bed. It was a double bed with an extra bed.I asked the guy who lead us to our room why there's two beds and he said it was the only available room. That was already past 12 midnight so instead of complaining, we just stayed there so we could rest. This hotel was the most terrible hotel ever! We've been to a lot of much cheaper hotels all over the Philippines but the quality and service are better. Please, save yourselves from stress! Keep away from this scam hotel! Zero star for you. Someday I promise you, you will be bankrupt because of your greediness!…

We stayed here while on our way to and from Mountain Province. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel van took us everywhere we needed to go. The breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was outstanding as well as the other meals. Great Coffee!!!!!

We booked it because we had 7 hours between flights and thought we could sleep there a little bit. It looked ok but karaoke bar right outside the hotel did not let us sleep. Also staff started cleaning ar 4AM. And they did not clean quietly, they talked veery loudly. Good thing its so close to terminal 1. Bathroom was ok

Terrible hotel and awful staff. Avoid at all costs! Worst experience in my life. My phone was stolen from the room by an employee. I forgot it when checking out and when I went back 1 minute after it was gone. Everything was caught on CCTV (I have the recording) and we didn't get the phone back even if we called the police and we proceeded with an investigation. My phone and good mood after a nice holiday in Philippines remained at OYO 181 Manila Airport Hotel.

Very close to Terminal 1 so it is 3-5 minutes walk. Room was very clean and had everything I needed for one night. Obliging cafe in lobby. Reception called a Grab taxi that arrived in 2 minutes to go to Terminal 3. This cost 155 pesos and saved a lot of time.

Very basic rooms with loud air-conditioning unit and curtains that don't close properly, the room was quite big though. Not particularly comfortable but fine for a quick stopover. Can be walked to from terminal 1 in about 5 mins. Has a KFC and a few other unappealing shops next to it
