We visited Gloria Golf Resort with our 3 kids. We stayed in the family suite overlooking the pool. The room was perfect. Kids had 2 beds in their room and ours was really spacious. We had lovely treats waiting for us in the fridge and in the living room on arrival too. One thing that really stood out was the attention to detail from the staff. They were always happy to help and with a smile on their faces. We felt welcome everywhere we went. The pools were always super clean and never crowded as there were so many the guests were spread out. Every pool area had a snack bar and you could order food from any of them. The selection was great. The biggest surprise was the evening entertainment. The Gloria arena is spectacular! The kids loved attending the shows at 8.30 everyday, then the mini disco followed by a show for the adults. There was not a boring moment at Gloria that we didn't have to leave the resort once over the 9 days. We had the most amazing meals the evening, from freshly made sushi to the barbecue outside. I've never seen so much variety of really lovely food. My kids were over the moon and can't wait to return.

Absolutely impeccable. Fully deserves its 5* status (unlike many I've been to!) The staff are all incredible. Friendly, professional and go above and beyond to please. The food at the buffet all tastes like something you'd order at a restaurant. A La carte restaurants are nice but tbh not worth waking up early enough to book them. This let's the hotel down imo. For what you pay, you shouldn't have to stand in a queue at the crack of dawn for half an hour to book a table 2 days in advance. It's very wheelchair accessible, with ramps and lifts. Even the beach has slats down between the rows of sunbeds and cabanas to allow wheelchair access. The mattresses are so comfortable. Mine felt too firm so Housekeeping turned it over to the 'soft side' and it's perfect. My husband finds the firm side better so he has it on his side of our bed. You can generally find space by the pools quite easily. There isn't anyone waking up at a 6am to put towels down or any of that nonsense! The waiting staff are exceptional. All so well trained and helpful. They work together really smoothly too. The shows in the evening are absolutely world class and such a great evenings entertainment guaranteed. The pools were 32 degrees the whole time we were there - making them absolutely perfect for chilling out in for hours. Also meant my daughter didn't get too cold and get all shakey and blue!! The pavillians on the beach are next level luxury! Comfortable sofas and a bell to ring for service whenever you need or want anything. Pillows, cocktails, fruit platters, lunch, champagne, fresh towels, ice cold water... Its the best way to enjoy the beach and our two pavilion days were the highlight of our holiday. The spa is very good. Lots of treatment options and the staff are all absolutely lovely; they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and make everything perfect for you. I highly recommend the hamam - it's unlike anything you'd have had outside of Turkey before. The spa pool was apparently 29 degrees but honestly was far colder than that. They allow kids in it in the morning and couples playing with balls etc so hardly the lovely tranquil environment you want after paying €150 for a massage! The small convenience shop is so crudely over priced, I thought the shopkeeper was joking with me! A £25 barbie set was on sale for €99!! Pop in to Belek for €10 taxi journey and find all the same stuff much cheaper. A hat I bought from the hotel shop broke after a few days, when I took it back to complain they had the cheek to make out id broken it on purpose (for reasons unclear to anyone but them). Was really upset by the whole interaction, even though they eventually conceded that I wouldn't have purposely broken a hat just to go in and complain. We stayed in the main building, almost directly under reception and found that it could be very noisy at times. Probably not too huge of a problem unless, like me, you need to nap in the afternoon (or have young children who need to!) although, the few days before we left, the hotel was at capacity and kids could still be running around and shrieking by our door right up til 11pm. So be aware if you're in the main building during peak times. I'm nit picking, of course. This hotel is the first I've ever stayed in that I'd happily come back to instead of exploring somewhere new. It's got so much included that we needed far longer than 10 days to possibly do it all whilst still relaxing.

The perfect holiday after the the Covid mayhem. All-inclusive with plenty of food choices; barista coffee available at all times and very nice chocolates from the local patisserie. Friendly and very helpful staff as well as the constant transport to and from the golf course. It's a holiday made easy. Due to cold weather in Feb/Mar not all outside facilities were open yet (winter season), inlcuding the beach. This was unfortunate but there was still plenty to keep busy. We didn't even find the time to check out the gym and tennis courts. Thanks for a great escape and see you in the future.

This was our first time to Turkey as a family and we were really impressed by the Gloria Resort. Thanks to Katerina (Guest Relations), Aladdin (Greek restaurant), Selma (housekeeper) and many others - the staff were superb across the board. We stayed in a villa which was clean and with plenty of space for a family of 5. The grounds are huge and beautifully maintained and even though the hotel was full you would never have known as there is so much space and so many places to relax. Given this is the first full year transitioning out of Covid, I think the team has done a great job in maintaining the standard of the hotel. I wouldn’t pay attention to comments about a few missing pool tiles (!) particularly given the size of the pools which are truly extraordinary (the salt water pool at Serenity stretches for well over 400m all round the hotel itself - you'll be lucky if you see 10 people in there at any time!!). Food was consistently excellent - in most AI packages the choices are limited or portions small. Here, we were served lobster, angler fish, fillet steak etc. and encouraged to order more. Drinks were adequate - plenty of choice but wine was only okay and beers limited. Not an issue for us. Booking a villa means you have a "VIP" package. That entitles you to use all facilities across the 3 resorts (Golf, Serenity and Verde) and importantly, unlimited use of the a-la-carte restaurants. That meant breakfast and lunch were more relaxed than using the buffet (although the choice at buffet is superb) and for our 10 night stay we used a different restaurant every evening. You can book restaurants via whatsapp with Guest Relations - no need to join a queue at 7am in reception as some others seem to have done. You can walk between Golf and Serenity in minutes and the hotels share the arena and aqua park which are both excellent facilities. Verde is about 3km away so less likely that you’ll spend time there but there are regular shuttle buses if you want to make the journey. The beach is huge and all 3 resorts have piers which you can lounge on and have a drink at the bar while the kids jump in. Okay the water is not crystal clear but it's warm and clean. There are some nice touches which the hotel offers - sushi bar most evenings in Gloria Golf, patisseries in all 3 resorts which are open until 6pm with an incredible selection and ice cream on the beach. The Turkish baths are also excellent - impeccably clean and amazing treatments. The arena shows are good fun - mix of dance and stunts and with a beach dance venue running most evenings which really is quite special. One tip - definitely take mosquito repellent - in the outside restaurants they can be a real pain. Overall, the Gloria brand and offering is excellent. It's not perfect but at this price point you genuinely won't see much better anywhere else. And that is why they have so many repeat visits - we may well do the same!

Gloria Golf Resort convinces again and again with great service, super cuisine and a wide range of entertainment. This is how you imagine an all-inclusive vacation. We spend one to two weeks in this resort every year. Here you get an all-round carefree package. The new food concept is very convincing. Breakfast and dinner buffet is varied, the selection of salads and appetizers is great. Especially Bob, the Indian cook, is the highlight of the evening buffet. The Family Pool Breakfast is highly recommended. It is quieter than the main restaurant and Yildiray, Serkan and Zeynep make a great team. You always feel very appreciated, even special requests are gladly fulfilled. We were especially surprised by the new Greek restaurant, there is a great selection of fish dishes and also the mezze are delicious and varied. The team around Aladdin has shown a great service and we will be happy to come back. In addition, we are very happy that there is again Erikli as a water brand and Sirma are only the small bottles. We are also very surprised how well Guest Relations takes care of special requests. We had some difficulties this year, which would not have been solvable without this support. thanks a lot Even though the hotel is now getting on in years, the whole complex is top maintained and there are annual innovations, which we appreciate very much. The entertainment offer is very broad, we were especially enthusiastic about the Girls Band, which plays in the evenings in the Gloria Pub and also the new shows in the amphitheater were great to see. Gloria Golf Resort continues to provide relaxing vacations where there is something for everyone.

Loved this hotel! They had a special needs room ready for my daughter who is a wheelchair user. The rooms were clean but could do with modernising. There was no iron or hairdryer. The hotel is nice but somewhat dated. The outdoor grounds were beautiful with lovely flowers and greenery. The many swimming pools were nice and staff were very helpful and supported my disabled daughter in and out of the pool. It would be great to see a pool hoist/ lift installed in the outdoor main pool for disabled guests. The bridge over the river is lovely and beautiful sunset views from there. The beach was sandy and clean and had ramps over the sand for great wheelchair access. Food was Absolutely fantastic at this hotel and great quality. Fresh grills with different meats and fish everyday, and some themed nights too ie. Turkish night. Lunch at gloria pub was very nice. We tried the A la carte international- the low point was that it had exceptionally slow service, but the food was good. Sushi bar was excellent! Patisserie was such a nice treat and my daughter loved the fresh waffles there. The drinks in the bars were brilliant. Branded ice cream and snacks on tap! The one thing I would say is waiter service at meal times were hit and miss. Sometimes they would clear plates before you finish, other times not clear plates although they are piled up! Entertainment was absolutely fantastic. They had programmes for adults, teenagers and kids! The kids facilities were extensive and the jungle soft play centre was amazing!! Very clean too! They have the kid's evening show start at 8.30pm (a little early for us) The main show is 9.30pm and they had some really good performances. They also have an arcade/games centre- unfortunately the lift wasn't working so my daughter couldn't go there the first time, after that they arranged for her to use the staff lift (a bit dirty- we had to hold our noses). They also have g venture club on the beach which we thoughrougly enjoyed. The drinks and atmosphere were amazing! However, they did seem to play the same music each time at both hotel clubs. Another club across the river (not gloria) were playing more modern songs that were in the charts/ hiphop/r N b- I almost wanted to swim across the river to get there! Gloria pub also have bands playing in the evening so loads to do! The staff were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Nergis and all of the guest relations team were so helpful and made sure all our needs esp with the wheelchair were met, and Mustafa and the bellboy team were really helpful also. Although some improvements could be made, overall it was an amazing place. I would definitely recommend and would come again.

When you enter the hotel reception you are not disappointed. Spacious, nicely decorated and the lovely sound of an indoor waterfall which nice additions. The resort is huge with more amenities than you could imagine. We had a family room which was made up of a nice sized bedroom and bathroom for my two teenagers and a large bedroom and bathroom for the Mrs and me. It came with a lovely balcony that overlooks the grounds. The size of the grounds makes it feel that although it's busy, you don't struggle to find loungers by one of the many pools on offer. Overall this is a lovely hotel with kind and attentive staff however there is a reason why we only give this hotel 3 stars and not 5. You can't book a meal in any of the main restaurants. You can only book a restaurant 3 days in advance from 8am at the guest counter. However each time I turned up at 8am to make a booking, I was told it's either fully booked or they could only do a table for two. We were offered seating outside however by 8pm at night, it's dark and there is little outside light so you have no idea of what your eating which is not suitable. When we asked why this keeps happening we were told that there is another guest counter by the villas and bookings are also made there. We were not originally told this and when we questioned that we were there at 8am each morning, again the response was, there is nothing we can do. This isn't right and there is a serious flaw in the booking system. This means that for the next 10 days, we can only eat at the buffet restaurant which is not what we paid for. Not all inclusive when you exclude guests from eating at the 3 main restaurants. The other small items that knocked the score down was that there is no iron in the rooms. They can iron items of clothing for you but it comes at a premium cost which we have never had to pay for at any other all inclusive hotel. There is a gift shop but be prepared to pay well and I mean well over the costs for items such as insect repellent. We were thinking of coming back next year however this won't happen as what is the point of paying for a service which they are unable to fulfill. Shame really as it could be so good.
