Central located in San Telmo, close to bars and restaurants. The room needs to be refurbished and is very standard. Breakfast is limited but is ok. We felt very welcomed by the concierge, a warm hearted women, thanks!
On arrival we were met a friendly receptionist. Showed us our room, breakfast area etc. The reception and common areas make it look like a nice chic boutique hotel. From then on, it just goes south.

The location of this little 9 bedroom hotel is fantastic. It is within walking distance to everything. The 3 nights we stayed we had the pleasure of having Felipe and Consuela as our hosts. We LOVED Felipe and it is Felipe that made the hotel...More
San Telmo is definitely the best place to stay in the city - and this nine room hotel is in the heart of the city. Slightly unusual set up in that the rooms are lined up around an internal courtyard.

Characterized by cobblestones and narrow streets, San Telmo is defined by the tango, the dance that made Buenos Aires world-famous. Tango is a fusion of many different cultures: a true child of immigration, much like the city itself. Nowadays, it comes alive after dark in the milongas (dance parties) attended by both locals and visitors alike, who dance until the wee hours of the morning. During the day, the antique
shops and classic cafés and bars around Plaza Dorrego dominate the scene. The emblematic Bar Plaza Dorrego, with its green awnings, checkered tile floors, and wooden interiors, takes you back in time the moment you step inside. For true porteño traditions, San Telmo is the place to be.
