Me and a group of 15 guys booked the entire place for a week. It was great service. Upon arrival the owner had hot empanadas and cold beer waiting for us on the courtyard. The rooms are basic but clean and air conditioned. The living room and kitchen are spacious and stylish. The backyard courtyard is excellent for sipping wine...

Background: 1) Turns out that paying in Argentine pesos is better if you bring dollars and somehow get the right exchange (there are two markets). 2) Taxes are 22%, so it's a large chunk. Situation: Hotel trying to make me pay in dollars rather than pesos (more expensive since they use the market's lower oficial rate) and they still havent...

While we were looking for a place to celebrate our wedding, we stumbled accross the Jam Suites Boutique Hotel. From the many places we were looking at, it seemed to be the best choice and so we went with our gut feeling and chose to celebrate in the heart of Palermo. When you visit Buenos Aires, you want to be in Palermo Soho. You're within walking distance of the best shopping, the best night clubs, and the best steak. Jam Suites is in the perfect location, right in the middle of it all. I can't say anything bad about this place. The complimentary breakfast, the free wifi, the open backyard, the...

Stayed in Jam Suites with my family (mother and brother). It is a nice and friendly basic hotel. The biggest pro is the location in Palermo. However it is quite far out from the BsAs sights. The hotel advertises with being close to the metro which, in my opinion, is not true. 15-20 Mins walk minimum. There are some good...

In the middle of Palermo, near the places to be if you wanna party or have a bite to eat. We had the 4person room and it was perfect. Clean, fresh towels, shampoos etc. everything you need. The breakfast was basic, but good enough. A perfect start of your day enjoying your coffee in the lovely sunny garden. A special...

A good B&B located in trendy Palermo Soho. It is close to bars, restaurants and public transport. Definitely an area I would recommend staying in. The downside was that our room was not ready when we checked in and we had to wait for two hours. Not overly impressed after a 14 hour flight. Also, our room had a sharing...

Nice location, really decent price, nice room and hotel. The decor is pretty simple, or "rustic" I guess. It is called boutique but I'm not really sure what that means? It's a nice hotel but doesn't look particulrly styled or anything in comparison to other boutique places I have stayed. I should flag that I don't really have an eye...

Super friendly staff, wonderful area and quite ok hotel with garden. But, if you want to charge as a nice hotel, the breakfast should be better, it was quite poor. Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
