Excellent location close to many bars, restaurants, weekend markets and cafes. My room was very nice. Came with a nice spa bath which came in handy before my flights. Staff were very friendly. Id love to come back one day. Only disappointment was the wifi didn't work so good in my room.

the staff wasn't welcoming, charged us 50usd per night for an extra person in the room (we booked for 5 people 2 rooms in their hotel with the deluxe suite having 2 queen beds). Rooms were dark and humid, decoration was cheap. On top of that the pool is not usable, not clean. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

If you are looking for a 5 star boutique, then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, well located boutique hotel then try here. The staff was amazingly friendly and aside from some TLC, i.e. a fresh paint job, replace some lights, we enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a... More

Despite the renovation, our stay was pleasent. People behind the desk are over helpful, especially Arianna. And the complementary glass of wine was superb (big and tasty) =) The hotel is very well placed, middle of everything (in SoHo).

We stayed at the Plaza for one night and it was well suited to our short stay and very early morning departure to the nearby domestic airport. The desk was open 24 hours and staff were very friendly, amazingly helpful and spoke good English. Our rooms had all we needed for our short stay. A nearby local square provided many... More

Great location in Palermo Soho district. One of the best places to visit in Buenos Aires. The service and the staff were very profesional. The room and facilities were clean and the bed was confortable. I recommend the hotel!

What makes this hotel stand out from the crowd is the staff. Everyone we met spoke English very well (not a standard in BA) and was extremely helpful. The other thing we really enjoyed was the breakfast (but I have only comparison with breakfasts in Argentinian hotels out of BA that were sometimes rather poor) - plenty of choice and... More

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio at night listening to the music coming from the square. Would recommend if you aren't looking for something really fancy but comfortable. Close to cafes and bars. Easy access to taxis. Extremely helpful staff and... More

The hotel has a nice vibe and the free breakfast is actually good. The rooms are rather small and there are some details they should look after but wouldn't expect a lot for that price. The pool is very petite, so only a plus if you are traveling with kids. I think they could put more effort when it comes... More

We had a 90 minute spa at this cute boutique hotel. We had exclusive use of the freezing cold plunge pool - you won't be swimming in it for long! - before a quick sauna and hour long massage. The massages were excellent and extremely relaxing. The hotel itself is quite modest but the spa was great value. And it's... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
