We arrived after a 13hour flight to a very good welcome . Our room was ready in 5 mins and we were offered coffee while we waited.(we had booked early check in) All staff very friendly. Area safe, a little out of the centre but all trips collect you and bring you back. Good breakfast with hot food available. Comfortable...

Cute hotel. Clean, modern, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool area, nice neighbourhood. The only tiny gripes were the small room and need to get buzzed in after a certain time (8pm?). Non-issues really, and they don't detract from the overall pleasant experience. The hotel is located a nice neighbourhood which is pleasant for an evening stroll, and a 15...

Sometimes when a property is quite a bit less then those in the neighborhood I get a bit nervous. I like nice. We stayed here 4 nights and this hotel is everything I would want in a stay. The staff is likable. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is what it is in South America. (All about expectation. Think European...

Wonderful hotel. I would return anytime because the hotel was so wonderful. Good value for money, lovely spa area. Wonderful coffee whenever you like. Just lovely. We tried to book a dulux room but in the time the internet booking was going through, missed it so got a standard room with was still nice and cosy. Definately a dulux next...

We were part of a group of 10 people staying at the Duque all of whom thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located, has good rooms and serves a good breakfast. It´s stand out feature however is the incredibly friendly and helpful young staff. I don´t think I have ever stayed anywhere where the staff were more willing...

Duque Boutique Hotel is a very nice place with kind staff, all speaking fluent English and very helpful in any problem you will have. The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to subway station and a safe region of the city. You can walk outside at any hour. The hotel contains a tiny swimming pool and spa massage...

There is a pool and furniture outside for relaxing. Really special. The breakfast is very good and they do custom eggs to order. There is coffee, tea and coffee throughout...

My husband and I enjoy finding the smaller boutique hotel when we travel - and we travel a great deal. We knew we wanted to stay in the Palermo area while in BA on business. I am a huge TripAdvisor fan and contributor - so of course this is where I went to find a recommendation. We were not dissapointed....

From the time we arrived at this property we felt welcomed. The front desk staff is terrific and speak very good English, which is helpful when the traveler knows very little Spanish. We had a room on the second floor at the back of the property with a little terrace. It was a great room, away from the street noise....

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
