We got this place through RCI timeshare exchange and even after reading the bad reviews (because some places get bad reviews unjustifiably) I thought that I would still be able to handle this place, but when I got there I was so disgusted by how dirty and run down this place was I immediately booked a different hotel and called... Good location, walking distance to many attractions and tourist places in B. Aires. The place itself: the rooms and bathrooms were old, the sheets, bed cloths and towels were very old (even had a cigarette burn). the matress and couch were oooold (we woke up with headaches). no microwave in the kitchen and a very small fridge, but that wasn't... Even now when I look at the photos on Trip advisor I can not believe we were in the same hotel. We were a group and one couple had a room which had the windows all boarded up!!! We had no hot water for 2 nights/days so I just was longing to get home! Our room was very basic, reminded... More

This place was a great first hotel for our first nights stay. Our room came with 2 twin beds, a living room w/ coach, and a kitchen. Free breakfast was awesome and included pastries, dulce de leche, and tea. The rooms were clean and the hotel was right in Microcenter by everything.

It's like a small apartment with kitchen, living room and bed room. the location was great, walking distance to all the main areas and the subway (subte, 3 lines) but - the rooms are very old, the air-conditioner was old and noisy, the furnitures were very old.
