A small boutique style hotel in a nice suburb. Rooms are a good size, clean, well maintained. Food and drink excellent. Staff so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, well informed on places to eat and drink. Without hesitation, phone venues and offer to book tables. This hotel alone would be a reason to visit Buenos Aires again.

We stayed at Fierro recently and had such an amazing experience. They went above and beyond with their service! Before our stay they helped us book activities and transportation, I couldn't get the Sheraton we were staying at later in our trip to email or call me back. The restaurant Uco was excellent and our room was very spacious! I...

Great location. The staff are wonderful. Friendly, helpful. The restaurant is brilliant, so we had fantastic food. Sadly we didn't get to have dinner there - next time. There are lots of extra touches too. Cost was reasonable. Loved our stay here, will come back.

We have stayed in many hotels around the world. Fierro hotel is one of the best if not the best we have had the privilege to stay in. The service and the attention to detail was superb. The staff at reception went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were wonderful concierges! We stayed for 7 nights and...

Intimate hotel. Spacious and well designed rooms. Very comfortable lobby, lounge restaurant combination on ground floor. The neighborhood is excellent with a wide variety of attractions. Tripadvisor rules for reviews make reviewing difficult and a pain

Our party of 4 stayed for 4 days at the Fierro the first part of April, we were so impressed with the level of service, it felt like we were in home away from home. Edward the manager and "master chef" we met personally and he along with Marco were always ready to attend to any detail we had to...

We recently spent 4 days at the Fierro. All went well; no complaints. Staff is very knowledgable, available and helpful. UCO restaurant food was best we had during our stay. The complementary wine tasting was quite good, offered 3 unique to Argentina wines and Laura is knowledgable. Is a 15 minute walk to Palermo Soho area, which has more interest;...

Nice small hotel. Large clean rooms. Wonderful restaurant. Excellent service. Best in Palermo. Just one drawback, windows are not sound proof so lot of noise from street and air condition compressors.

I travelled solo throughout South America and the Fierro Hotel was a real highlight of my journey. The quality of the establishment, the restaurant, the bedding, the location and most of all the staff make it so memorable. Special mention to staff member Marcos for his advice and helping me get around throughout my week stay. He is an asset...

Fierro is a great place to stay: exceedingly helpful staff; excellent location - good walking area, close to restaurants and shops; easy access to taxis. Good-sized rooms with very nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast and a very lovely patio area. Just a very personal, comfortable, lovely place to stay - thoughtful touches like water and coffee in the room.

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
