Color Botanico is a very good base for visiting Buenos Aires, if you choose to use the open top bus there is a stop in Old Palermo a few minutes walk away. The units are a good size, air conditioned and equipped with a kitchenette (microwave, electric hob & fridge). You need to ask the management for further cooking utensils...

The apartment is located near to Santa Fe Avenue and a lots of bar and restaurants in Palermo Soho (The restaurant Don Julio is just 20 meters away). The infraestructure of the aparments is good and has all you need. But I recommend this hotel only if you are planning to be out all the day and only pretend to...

The apartments are located in a good location, in palermo soho. It is also in walking distance of subway station Plaza Italia and Palermo. The apartments have most/all facilities that you need, to make your own breakfast or dinner (although for the latter I would opt for a nice restaurant in Palermo Soho ;) During the day (after 10:00?) there...

I stayed 7 nights and found this no frills apartment quite adequate. I would suggest taking your own toileteries, teabags etc as there are no extras provided as it is not a hotel. The room was serviced twice during my stay. Be aware that reception desk is often unstaffed and contact was only achieved by email (this can take time)....

I found this hotel on Air BNB and I must say I got the most for my money in location and comfort during my three week stay in Buenos Aires (BA). The location is in Palermo, one of BA's most sophisticated neighbors with cafes, restaurants, bars, and other amenities you might not find in the average neighbor (e.g. salons). The...

We stayed for a week here in August and it was just what we needed - right in the heart of Palermo for all the action, close enough to the underground to reach other parts of the city, spacious, clean, great for a good night sleep and with a kitchen to make breakfast or a quick meal when we were...

You did the best description for what we want to offer to our guest "in the heart of Palermo for all the action, close enough to the underground to reach other parts of the city, spacious, clean, great for a good night sleep and with a kitchen to make breakfast or a quick meal when we were in. We stayed in this apartment for five days over New Years 2013. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It had a small balcony overlooking a nice tree lined street in Palermo and dark black out blinds so we got a great sleep in. Palermo is fantastic and a perfect neighbourhood to stay in. The apartment was pricey but...

This apartment had everything I needed for a 10-day stay. The kitchenette appears to be sparsely furnished, but actually has everything one needs, including a microwave, kettle, coffee percolator, toaster, normal size fridge and two-plate stove. The complimentary bathroom toiletries are quite sparse, and consisted of two small bars of soap and less than a full roll of loo paper...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
