Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.

We had returned from a cruise, early in the morning, and didn't have a flight out until evening so we needed someplace to stay for a few hours. The hotel offered a day rate room - check in at 9am, check out at 6pm. Perfect for us. The hotel is large, well located to

This was a nice property in a good location and I enjoyed my room. However, it is a very large property and the club lounge was consistently busy. The service everywhere I went was very good and I had an excellent massage in the spa.

We were there two nights and enjoyed our stay. The public areas are well maintained but some of the rooms are showing a little wear. Still, the views from our 8th floor were excellent. The English Clock Tower was beautiful to view throughout the day and night. Our room was also

Most of Palermo is known as the gay area to be honest so if you ask to be dropped somewhere central, you’re bound to be in the right area.

Hello, it takes 40-50 minutes. I use a car service and it was $45. They are in the airport by the exit. Very easy. Hope that helps. Hope you have a wonderful time.
