We stayed here for 5 days during our sa trip. on our first day we got upgraded as the air-conditioned was broken. Second trip we stayed in the studio for one night. We booked online...

If you need the constant buzz of the big hotel, 24hours business center and fitness room, this is not your place. There are chains hotel all over town, find your Sheraton and stay away from this gem. We loved the care for details in the decor. Very well done. The special attention you are dedicated at breakfast, it made our...

After a lovely 3 night stay in casa chic, we had a horrifying experience leaving town. Our hotel clerk insisted on calling a taxi to take us to the airport, and shortly after we drove away, while our cab was idling in traffic, 2 men on a motorbike cornered our car and one jumped in the front of the cab...

I saw Casa Chic in 2011 on my first trip to Buenos Aires... It's a retail store on the first floor (very similar to Anthropologie in the U.S.) and a boutique hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The overall design is very fashion forward and a luxurious hideaway in an overwhelmingly big, noisy city. Remembering how nice the place...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

See which rooms travellers prefer

“We stayed in a studio room which had a little more space than the standard room with a seating area. I would have preferred the suite which was located in the back of the hotel, away from street noise, and an excellent value for the space. It seems like all rooms are quite nice and priced well according to their ammenities.”
