I arrive in Argentina without any of my luggage, hardly anyone here speaks the language, but the receptionist is not helpful at all. I asked if the receptionist could phone the airport asking about my luggage, but he refused and insist that I go back up into my room and call them. The four stars is different in every country....

It is neatly tugged in the neighborhood, walking distance to many cool spots and restaurants. The lobby is roomy with an out-of-proportionly large downstairs cafe. Room is small with low ceiling. Good for a place for crush after long day/night fun in the city, but not really for when you want a place to truly relax.

Staff was careful with my belongings. The rooms are comfortable and clean. the Ubication is basically perfect, close to really good restaurants and known places in Buenos Aires. Price is just ok, its a normal standard hotel.

Luckily it was cheap. Doors to verandah don't close properly. Air conditioning is noisy. Staff not overly friendly or helpful. Good position in town. Easy stroll to happening parts of town. Breakfast not included in our price. Check that! It's ok, nothing special, but you get what you pay for.

Very conveniently located hotel--walking distance to pedestrian promenade, ATM, restaurants, next door to supermarket. Room with twin beds adequate but not large, as was en suite. We asked for & received quiet room. A/C good. Wifi good. Breakfast not included in price (appx US$63/night) & not worth the extra cost. Front desk staff spoke almost no English, but otherwise helpful--called...

I stayed in this hotel for one night on my way to Ushuaia to join in Antarctica expedition cruise. As I work for a cruise company, so it was booked from the company. How easy to find: I contacted a taxi company inside the airport and they recognised the hotel straight way. I paid $52USD to reach hotel from the...

Let´s start with the positives. The hotel is conveniently located in Buenos Aires and a 5 minute walk takes you to Obelisco, 10 minutes to Puerto Madero and Buquebus terminal and 20 to Retiro Station so it´s very well located. Also, since it´s in the middle of the Financial District a few blocks away you can find many pubs and...

I was in this hotel before, but the front desk service was good, this time seems like they are giving me a favor. Really very rude people, please if is very difficult for you, try to get another job. The booking was completed and full charged, but they can't find it, they don't know, like if is not their problem....

The strongest point of hotel is the location it's possible to visit a lot of places in Buenos Aires by feet like Casa Rosada, Florida Street, Pacific Gallery, Puerto Madero, etc. If you looking for a place just to sleep it's a great choice.

There's very little I can say about this hotel as I was only here for one night, arriving at 23:00 and leaving at 8:00 the next day. The room was small, but served its purpose. The a/c was very noisy and didn't cool at all; and having read previous comments about the inefficiency in fixing the problem in a timely...
