I have stayed at this property for 3 nights. Booked it through an online agent therefore got a great rate but not so good room. The hotel is very well located, front desk staff and bellman always attentive and nice. They let us check-in before time which was great for us. The room was small but clean and with everything...

From the look of the impressive lobby it appears that in the late 70s or early 80s this hotel was reasonably upscale. You can't say the same for the exterior of the hotel or the rooms. It's in dire need a major renovation. I wouldn't describe it as 'run down', but very well worn and just on the edge of...

During our stay, we enjoyed the comfortable room we used....the only "but" could have been the airconditioning that was very high and was not simple to adjust, and if you open the window, the strong sound of the principal avenue of Buenos Aires, 9 de Julio, was deep in our ears, anyhow, these are the consecuences of being close to...

I think this hotel was perfect! I and my wife had a great time and a perfect service. The staff was always ready to help us and when we needed the room service was very good. We have problem with our air company (because the Chile volcan) and they provide very fast a new room for us that was not...

The hotel is very well located, and the breakfast is excellent. Internet worked only a fraction of the time in the room, and the reception guys showed no interest in the problem. If you need a dependable Internet connection, go somewhere else.

I loved this hotel. It has free wi-fi, 2 computers for guest use, friendly staff, warm and busy lobby, great breakfast, and a good price. I had a corner room on the seventh floor with a large bathroom, beautiful view of Avenida 9 de Julio, high enough so the noise could not be heard from the room. I recommend it...

The only thing nice about this hotel is one of the employees. Diego at the front desk is a really nice and helpful person. Other than him this hotel is terrible for business travelers. The internet only works in the lobby. They gave me, as a solo business traveler, a room with 3 twin beds. In the mini bar the...

Hotel was excellent in terms of location and value. Many attractions are only blocks away with easy and safe walking. Desk staff are helpful with good english. Hotel lobby is spacious and classy. Breakfast was fine -- lots of fruit, meat slices, cheese, cereal, juice. Not much hot food-maybe eggs and susages.
