Our three day/two night stay at the Park Hyatt couldn't have been any better. The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was roomy and modern. We had a delicious lunch in the Argentinean-style restaurant, tasty caipirinhas in the warm, cozy bar and tea and scones on the balcony - all very good. The hotel's greatest asset, though, is it's...

Can't say enough good things about the service, food and beautiful surroundings. Every employer was helpful and gracious. Buenos Aires is a great place to visit! There are so many parks to visit, shops and wonderful restaurants with exceptional wines.

Could make this a 5 star hotel if the service was better. Check in was slow, and the restaurants are understaffed. The value is rated as terrible because this is a VERY expensive hotel and the service associated at the front desk should be MUCH better.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt for five nights in March and were incredibly pleased with our experience. The location is great - most areas you want to go to are walkable or a short taxi ride away. And the hotel itself is great. We stayed in the new building in a room with a balcony, which really made our...

We were expecting a beautiful historical building and Palacio Duhau did not disappoint. Where it surprised us was the roomy, comfortable, and modern amenities of the rooms combined with a staff who were pleasant, helpful, and friendly. We loved this hotel. And the front desk went out of the way to rebook and extend our stay after a transit strike...

From the front desk staff to the room attendants, I couldn't have asked for more during my stay in Buenos Aires. The first few days were spent in what I would consider a very nice hotel in the city and then we moved to the Park Hyatt. To say the least, the Park Hyatt with its beautiful grounds, attention to...

Gorgeous hotel. Only possitive echo's from here; great location, beautifully restored, nice breakfast and professional staff. November is a perfect month to visit: beginning of spring season with all the blooming purple trees.

This is now the hotel that I judge 5* standards by. I have traveled the world and stayed in many luxury hotels and this might just be my new favorite. The palace has been beautifully restored and the decor, rooms, garden and spa are all top quality. The staff not only provided a crib for our 10 month old daughter,...

Recoleta
Characterised by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighbourhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centred on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
