The hotel was choosen by our travel agency to spend tree nights in Buenos Aires during our tour in South America. The room carpet was not vacuumed at all after the previous customer. There were lots of spots on the carpet and on the chair. The textiles are worn out. None of us could handle the safetybox as there were...

The hotel definitely left several things to be desirable, but given the location, the price was a very good value. The rooms were certainly a little dated, but the bathroom was quite nice. Breakfast included pastries, eggs, sausages, and plenty of juices, which was nice. Wifi worked well on the first day, but not so great on the second. Nonetheless,...

I was dreading staying at this hotel, because of a good number of not so good reviews. I didn't have a choice because I was with a group. I had room 112 and maybe I was lucky. The carpet and curtains have seen better days, but I had a flat screen tv and most important, the bathroom was very clean,...

Stayed with a friend here for 2 nights in October. We're disappointed when we arrived to find our room smelled like cigarettes, the decor shabby/worn, and our so valued wifi access was virtually impossible to locate with cell phones and tablet. The front desk staff were indifferent about most of our inquiries and not particularly helpful in making suggestions about...

I stayed at this hotel with 4 students for five days in October. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit cold. There was hot water in the bathrooms though, so this helped on cold nights! The rooms could also do with a bit more lighting, especially overhead lighting. Although this hotel is located downtown, it is very quiet,...

First: there is no way this is a 4 star hotel...it should be considered a bad hostel. Customer service is bad, breakfast is bad (bakery is not fresh), carpet in the hallways is old and dirty, the rooms are dark and smelly, bathrooms are really old, towels are also very old not even look white anymore. WIFI is extremely bad!...

AWFUL service, horrible place, old and smelly carpet, so far the worst hotel I have ever been, It was so bad that I changed hotel after 2 nights because I could not stay here any longer. The street is closed because the city is working to fix the street hence no car or taxi can come to the door and...

The hotel was much than you could ask for at the rates. The location was just removed from the main street. It was walking distance from almost everything. The staff was great help for recommendations. You have to go on the shopping tour.

This Hotel is extremely well located, just three blocks from Teatro Colon and Av. 9 de Julio. But its differential is the superb staff. They are friendly, always ready to help, and quick in responding to guests needs. From management to door bels. I have been in other Hotels in Buenos Aires before but from now on I will certainly...

It is in a good location for walking to many of the main sites. The room isn't quite as nice as it looked in the pictures and priced more for location but it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
