We spent three nights in Buenos Aires before travelling around the country. We loved the Vain Boutique so much that during our stay we booked an extra night there at the end of our trip. The hotel is immaculate whilst still being incredibly homely. The rooms we stayed in were perfect for a short trip (I'm never keen on staying...

Bottom line: Overall we were very happy with this hotel. + The best staff we have seen, Great breakfast, Cleanness, Location, Services. - The rooms on the ground floor are too close to the public area. We staid there on out last night at Argentina, after five week of honeymoon. The hotel is made of two old Italian style buildings...

We stayed here for one night when we couldn't get a third night at another hotel. It was recommended by the first hotel. It is in a very good location, walking distance to the subway. The amenities such as the breakfast , rooftop deck with free drink were terrific. They were also putting in a hot tub! The staff were...

We stayed here for one night, the last night of a two week trip. It is a hike from the international airport, but very close to the local airport. The service (before, during, and after) was excellent. The Vain arranged transport from the local airport to the hotel - great! The room was clean, beautifully appointed, and quiet. The staff...

Excellent service, quirky hotel, but characterful, and homely. I enjoyed my stay, so much more than corporate sameness. Nicely done. The location is good for friendly restaurants and bars, easy to get anywhere in the city.

I stayed only one night but was treated attentively by all. My room was well appointed although the placement of the shower in what seemed to be, formerly, a bit "outside" was odd. That said, it was bright and cheerful and my stay was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. When I left, they handed me a CD of music that...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
