The location is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The front staff was very helpful (thank you, Christian!) Definitely recommend taking the room with the breakfast package -- great selection of breakfast items. The staff in the breakfast area was wonderful too. Overall, we had a wonderful experience for 4 nights.

Great location for getting out an walking BA. Service was pretty average as were the rooms. Breakfast was pretty basic, we only stopped the once. The biggest issue was the truly poor ac. Our room was 28 degrees our entire stay!!! We did complain they told us the system was under pressure!

Unimpressed, and ultimately unhappy with our stay. Power outages multiple times throughout afternoon without a real explanation or concern for the guests. Requested an ironing board & iron for a touch up on a men's shirt, they did not have in rooms, surprisingly. They were unable to accommodate the request at all. Overall poor accommodations.

Located in the center of everything you want to see in the city. We travel a lot and this hotel is the best in Buenos Aires!!! Let's start off with Juan Jose and Juan Pablo, they have the best staff in the business ( Margarita, Solange and the girls from the restaurants service team. They went out of their way...

The hotel is located halfway between the Plaza de Mayo and the Obelisk in Central Buenos Aires. A walk of a few blocks to the Plaza de Mayo takes you to the historical center of the city. There is also a Metro Station very close by. The hotel has a very nice modern motif and a large lobby. Our room...

A nice hotel in one of the most central locations in Buenos Aires - at least if you are interested in the main tourist spots. Lots of historic buildings, museums or theatres are in walking distance (restaurants, shops and so on as well of course). And if you prefer the guided version: The city tour bus is leaving right opposite...

This has nothing to do with a 5* Hotel except the price. Service is bad and unfriendly, room was shabby and a renovation urgently necessary, bathroom the same, pool area is very small and not enough deck chairs, breakfast is an audacity

The room was not large even though we were told at the front desk that we had been upgraded to a suite....even the pictures in the hotel brochure indicated that it was a regular room. Our room was on the street side and were assured that the glass was double paned and would eliminate the sound of the streets. It...
