Good location between the Obelisco and Plaza Del Mayo, various Subte and bus stops nearby. Nice big comfortable room and good breakfast. Friendly desk staff. Supermarket very close. Easily walkable to the main sights.
It is close to locations you will want to visit (I actually have walked but the hotel is near the subway station) and it is clean. The rooms are wide and well maintained. The conscierge was informative and everyone speaks English. Housekeeping is excellent.

Immersed in the sound of honking horns and the footsteps of busy office workers, the Microcentro area of San Nicolás is where visitors will encounter the true hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, walking down streets lined with office buildings and banks. The financial district is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere and unstoppable rhythm during office hours. After dark, the hubbub and migrates to Corrientes

I cant remember the exact cost, but I think we payed around 500 pesos. At the airport (Ezeiza), after you pick up your bags, as you are leaving, you will see some counters of the companies that offer the transportation to the city. These are private cars (remises) and they cost more than taxis, but surely are a safe alternative. Usually these companies give you a cupom with a discount that can be used for the ride back to the airport.
