The Hotel Land Plaza is located two blocks from the plaza Rivadavia and the city hall. The hotel is not new but is kept in good condition; it is clean and comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious. The restaurant offers a selection of good dishes. There is a gym with pool and sauna in the "in between floor". Staff is courteous...

They say this is the best hotel in Bahia Blanca which is probably true. Its ok but a bit run down. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Water is strong and hot. The bathroom is actually the nicest part of the room. Internet connection is not good at all. Very unstable even if getting connected. The front desk said they...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, thus it was acceptable. Lacking, however, were any niceties that make it a quality stay. 1. Sewer gas smell in the room, emanating from a floor drain in the bathroom. Apparently this drain doesn't have a P-trap to block sewer gas. Each day, and sometimes multiple time each day, I poured...

We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights while we visited ome Argentine friends and re-explored the city where we lived for 8 months, more than 37 years ago. The hotel was very good, clean, good size room, nice beds, quiet, good breakfast and very friendly staff. It's location is perfect to explore the city and is two blocks from...

This is the best hotel in Bahia Blanca, so save your time and don’t try to look for something better as it simply does not exist. The rooms are expensive and not very well maintained. The heating and cooling is a centrally controlled system so the best you can do in your room is to make it hot or simply...

We are originally from Bahia Blanca and since this hotel open several years ago we made it out prefer place to stay while visiting family. Over the years we noticed a deterioration of the quality of service and the maintenance of the facilities. This week we spent two nights at the hotel and we found unacceptable the level of dirt...

Sadly this hotel is in very poor conditions. It has a good structure but the maintenance and cleaning are simply lacking. Rooms were smelly, dirty, stains all over the carpets, in a variety of colors, stains on walls, one of them was like someone had splashed some kind of drink, but no one cared to clean. It´s a real pity...

Basic rooms, clean and well located, the best hotel in the city. Ive stayed a few times here on business trips, i always have the same problem with their internet connection, its only for downloading emails, impossible for video conferences or even audio calls. I rely on my 3G modem while staying here.

Hotel Land Plaza is located downtown. There are good places to eat nearby that you can walk to. The restaurant is also good in the Hotel. The staff at the front desk were very nice when we arrived and accomodating when we had a request. The rooms are clean and nice but nothing special. It worked great for us because...
