This is the second time we stayed here. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, great surroundings and amazing food! Definitely a great stay. Not a fancy place to stay but definitely fit the surroundings.

This is a basic motel but our room was clean and the bed was comfortable (the pillows were on the firm side). The walls were thin but guests were well-behaved. We enjoyed the restaurant, which is run by a friendly couple and offers strong cocktails as well as good food. Appeared to be popular with locals. The surrounding scenery is... More

The hotel was very good. Room was clean. Price fair. The staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant excellent; prices reasonable. Definitely would stay here again. Great view of the cliffs and can't beat the stars at night since there is minimal ambient lighting.

On our 10-day road trip , Cliff Dwellers offered a nice respite and chance to relax before heading on. The room is dated, but I think it adds to the appeal. Our bath was updated, and the nice sized refrigerator was a welcome change compared to other, more expensive rooms on our trip. Watching sunset hit the cliffs from the... More

Hotel OK and reasonably priced. Room was clean, panelled in wood which made it a bit dark. TV prehistoric. Shower and bathroom pretty basic and worn but clean. Good views behind and in front of hotel, of the Vermilion Cliffs. Restaurant very basic with high prices - seating was plastic chairs and tables, no tablecloths, nothing to dress it up.... More

Love this place. A little motel, and a great sleep. Beds are comfortable, and this is a weird thing to notice -- but the sheets are soft -- not the normal hotel sheet. Quiet even though the rooms were all full, and road noise was not noticeable. Small TV with satellite hanging on the wall, no wifi but my cell... More

This is truly an oasis. Great food great people. Don't pass this place up. Incredible views. Comfortable rooms. We were on a two week motor cycle trip and we stayed on night 4 and glad we did. We had the best meals of our trip here.

Friendly/efficient reception. Room was as described and was clean and comfortable. Although in the "new" section which is actually fairly old it has been well maintained. Highway nearby was quiet at night and we were happy to be so close to the north rim for the next mornings drive. A number of their guests were clearly there for the fishing... More

We spent one night here and enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Had cream of mushroom soup that was easily the best I have ever tasted. Two of us shared a rack of ribs that has a citrus barbecue sauce with a kick - the meat fell off the bone. Veggies were fresh and crisp. The best part was the avocado pie.... More
