My husband and I stayed at Hostel Tinktinkie for approximately six days. The hostel is owned by a couple named Andrey and Nileta. In fact, they also stay there but upstairs in a separate apartment. The property is perfectly located in a mountain valley near a river and has two dogs that serve as protection. Nileta and Andrey are trustworthy... More

Our group of 6 turned up for the Oktoberfest festival having only planned to attend the week before. We booked Tinktinkie hostel online and although the hostel itself was a bus ride away from the main attraction in Belgrano, the hospitality that we received more than made up for the short bus ride we had to take each day! We... More

After over a month of backpacking around South America I can say that Tinkitinkie was my favourite hostel. Set amongst beautiful surrondings this hostel offers you everything. We aimed to spend three days there and stayed for seven! Whether you choose to swing in the hammock all day and eat asados by night, travel to the nearby national park, hike... More

We planned on spending 4 days here, ending up staying a week. If you're passing through a lot of cities and fancy a little break from the hustle and bustle, this place is perfect! We enjoyed amazing hikes in the area including La Cumbrecita which was very easy to get to via bus on recommendation from the owners who have... More

On a recent visit to Argentina with my family, Hostel Tinktinkie was by far our favorite among all the places we stayed! It is super clean & quiet, with ample room outside for our kids to run. An easy stroll down the lane leads to a peaceful river for swimming. And Santa Rosa de Calamuchita is a lovely little town... More

Nelieta and Andrey were incredibly welcoming to their little corner of paradise! We loved our time here, just relaxing in the garden walking down to the river. They o wonderful home cooked meals too. Location was perfect for a relaxing break, although it was quite far from the centre of town. I would recommend hiring some bicycles for a day... More

More

I stayed at the hostel in the beginning of this year. Andrey and Nelieta are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and what there is to do. I visited a couple of places around the town during my stay. I enjoyed a couple fo home cooked meals and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are super clean and spacious.... More
