We had read good reviews of this hostel before booking, and had spent a bit of time in similarly priced hostels in Argentina, so thought we had realistic expectations. First of all, when we arrived (around 6pm), there was no water in any of the showers. We were told it would take about an hour to fix, but it hadn't...

Overwhelmingly positive vibes at this hostel - a good (10 blocks to city centre) quiet location very near a large supermarket with great staff who are helpful, sociable and interesting. It gets you into the Mendoza wine thing really well with free Malbec from 19.00 - 21.00 every night which is great for socialising with other travelers. When we were...

Staff are very friendly - especially I should mention Jorge, whose to-the-point tips saved us from a lot of headache. Breakfast is nice, rooms are cozy and give you a good rest. The showers could have been in a better condition, but it's ok. Would definitely recommend.

I ended up staying for a week this place was so good! The location is fairly central but quiet, the beds are comfortable and the wifi and breakfast are good. All the staff were great for telling us how to organise hikes and wine tours ourselves, and I met some of the best people I've met in Sth America! Can't...

Great hostel! Very friendly and one of the best breakfast I had in a hostel in south-America. It's free wine from 7 to 9, which is awsome. Would definitely stay there again if I was going back to Mendoza.

We stayed 5 days in this hostel and it is the best place we stayed in yet after 11 weeks.. We did the wine/bike tour run by the hostel and the white water rafting too. The girls at reception Belen and Lucia were so helpful..They even drink wine with the guests.... We had free wine every evening as much as...

This was my worst stay in South America. I was very annoyed at what was promised but not delivered. The washing machine is broken, and the receptionist said she wasn't sure when it would be replaced. But we could use the really crummy machine at a sister hostel. The computer for guests' use is also broken. There are no plans...

Love this place Seems like it was an old villa split house type thing that has been adapted to be a cool, quaint hostel with tonnes of character. Beds are clean and comfy. Good showers and bathrooms. Each bed has power points and a little ledge to store books and tech etc. Plenty of locker space. Two kitchens both more...

This was a nice (usually quiet) place to stay in Mendoza that is in a nice neighborhood but still within easy walking distance of the busier downtown. The free wine they had every night at 7 to 9 pm was an excellent addition and the included breakfast was also nice. The breakfast lady was very proud of her crepes. Jorge...
