We stayed 1 night at the Villaggio hotel in Mendoza. The location is very good, close to independence square and many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The English speaking staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room on the first floor was modern and spacious with a safe, TV and a writing desk. The bathroom shower had good water pressure...

After our 4 night booking ended we felt we could do better for the price and moved to the Huentala Hotel and thought it excellent value (also 4 star hotel and same price). Villaggio's location was great: 1 block from main square (Indepencia), which was the starting position for the city tours Hop On/Off bus, 1 block from the best...

The building itself is attractive and the people behind the front desk are very polite. I think that's all the positives covered! There is a chronic understaffing here, there was no one in the lounge bar at any point and equally the gym was unattended, instead you had to book in advance to use any of the advertised facilities so...

While the feedback from our guests is appreciated and taken into consideration as it helps us identify opportunities for improvement, we believe that your comments are subjective and malicious The Villaggio Hotel Management is not surprised to see a review from this guest who stayed at our Hotel and were ¨disappointed¨, BUT ONLY BECAUSE HE DIDN’T GET AWAY WITH WHAT...

The service is the big difference of the hotel! The attendant Fabrizio, helped us a lot when we were in Mendoza. He called the company Andesmar, trying to help us anticipate our bus back to Santiago. Very helpful I spent Christmas at the Hotel and was able to enjoy a comfortable room in a great location. They are very well...

The hotel is at a great location. It's close to the city's parks, shopping streets and better restaurants and bars. The staff is helpful and almost all of them speak English. (Although there aren't any English channels available on the tv but ok). Rooms are nice and clean but the wall are as thin as paper. So hope you have...

The hotel has many pro's. - Excellent Location, you can walk to most restaurants / bars - English speaking staff that were very professional and we were allowed to check in at 10am rather than 2pm. Luckily a room became free..but this was a slight issue. See cons. - Top breakfast especially if you like fresh cakes - Room was...

Hotel is centrally located within Mendoza. Walking distance to good restaurants and for just checking out the town of Mendoza. Covered parking is available across the street. Staff was most helpful with any/all requests we had. A small cafe is located on lobby floor for a quick bite in the morning and coffee. Room was large, comfortable king bed, plenty...

Quaint boutique hotel in a safe and superb location. Around the corner to all the good restaurants. Close driving distance to all the wineries. Has a steam room wet and dry via appointment to sweat out all the wine! Good and simple breakfast available. Friendly service. International clientele. Three minutes walking distance from park and shopping zone. Confortable rooms. Ill...

It's a very modern hotel, very sleek design. Just a few hiccups, such as the bathroom smelling a little bit when we first came in and also when someone came into our room to 'straighten' the bed while we were gone (and room service had already cleaned the room). Nothing was taken but it was a bit random so their...

We appreciate comments and feed-back from our guests, and take them into account to improve our services. While our Management’s objective is to keep every single guest’s stay a memorable one, there are instances where one particular policy may not work for all guests alike, although if notified in advance, we will work to accommodate any guest’s particular need.
