Really liked this hotel . Very cheap rates compared to services provided . Nice large rooms ( get one by the pool ) . A nice pool with bar . The hotel is very well located in downtown with restaurants around . Highly recommended

I have been going to this hotel for years. I love the hotel, has a very good location in the center of san juan city. The breakfast is very good and included. The restaurant is very good but if you stay many days is a little boring.

Got stuck in San Juan on an overland drive and made the mistake not to search for the new Hotel Bono. Instead stayed in the terrible "Gran Hotel" which is old, loud and plagued by the most unfriendly receptionist one can imagine. Stay away.

This is a very good place to stay and I would doubtlessly return, the staff is very friendly, it has a pool and free breakfast, located within walking distance of almost everything and if in need of a taxi they are located right at the hotel entrance. Rooms are comfortable and unless other guests are too loud it is very...

This hotel is incredibly cozy and staff is most professional. Rooms are neat and well aired. Even if rooms are not that big, they feel OK. A lamp on the desk would be welcome. The shower is great, with excellent hot water. Corridor was silent. Elevators were OK. Wifi was strange: I kept switching between two different networks. But it...

The bedrooms are not large, but they are comfortable and for me they were the right size. I found the style of the hotel unusually very sober and very clean. It was not noisy and the location next to the main square made it very convenient. Wifi was slow during certain hours

Stayed for a couple of nights with my family in a quite comfortable place. Personnel at the hotel very kind and eager to recommend good places. At the hotel they recommended us a good typical restaurant to enjoy the best grilled meat

All make short and sweet...please avoid this place! Rooms are as small as a shoe box. Cigarette smell like all over this property and to top it off noisy as hell. Save your money and avoid the troubles staying at this hotel.

In all a very average hotel. A fine pool area, but the room was kind of warn out, and smelled a bit dusty, but otherwise clean and ok. Breakfast was average. The same experience with dinner. Has an Alamo car rental in the lobby which functions well. The hotel is situated next to the square in this kind of dull...

I rolled into San Juan after an overnight bus ride, it was about 9 am, but I was given a room, which I really appreciated. It was hot, the air conditioning worked well, and what hit the spot was the high quality bed. It felt like a cushion top. Breakfast buffet was fine for me, cafe au lait and media...
