From the moment my wife and I arrived at the Awasi, we were treated like the most important guests at the lodge. Everything was scripted to assure that our stay was perfect. Every detail was addressed. When we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Even though it was 3 PM, they opened the kitchen and prepared a wonderful meal. We then met with our guide Mau and planned out our excursions, based upon our desires, with his input. Our villa was beyond expectation, spacious and beautifully decorated. It was functional and peaceful. The patio with an infinity pool was wonderful. Our tours/excursions were well planned out and gave us the best possible exposure to the Igauzu Falls. We also visited the Awasi’s private reserve. The meals and wine pairings were exceptional. And as an added bonus, I could drink the tap water without concern.

We have found a few of these amazing gems around the world. Awasi Argentina is it top contender. I could rave about the food , the setting as well as the rooms in every detail. We found no shortcomings of the physical attributes of this property whatsoever. If you are used to this type of hotel/lodge you will not be disappointed. However the service was incredible- People in all levels we’re so passionate about our experience. Over our guide Agustina- You could tell her passion for the area and the indigenous people made the experience so special Now I wanna try Awasi s Chile locations Next but we will be back for sure

This is a place where you have your own private house with plunge pool and terrace. It had a large bedroom area, with a sunken living room. The bathroom was very large. The house was surrounded by bushes and trees so we had complete privacy. We were a short walk from the main lodge. Of course, the main thing here is that they give your own personal guide for the time that you are there. Our guide was just lovely. She picked us up at the airport and took us to the lodge where we chose the activities for the next two days (we were there for 3 nights). There are lots of reviews about the activities so I will not repeat but the Iguaczu Falls done early without crowds was a real highlight. The service at the Awasi was excellent. Everyone was unfailingly helpful and kind. The food was great and we also had room service which came promptly and was also very good. The whole place is very peaceful and so beautiful. Highly recommended.

I was lucky to stay at all 3 Awasi properties on my trip to South America and ended with Awasi Iguazu. I couldn't wait to have my own plunge pool --- too bad it rained almost every day! Despite bad weather, my amazing guide would not let it hold us back! I visited Iguazu falls twice. These guides know the park in and out and know when to go. We were able to see parts of the park with little to no crowds. Awasi offered numerous other excursions - all of which sounded amazing. I ended up doing a hike through another rainforest which was quite the experience! The property itself is beautiful with amazing views of the rainforest from your balcony. Awasi is all inclusive and the food is amazing as well. I was served a tasting menu one night of local inspired dishes - so good! The staff at Awasi is what really makes the property special. They are so helpful and always ready to chat. There should be no other choice...stay here!!

Everything from the staff, to the villas, to the cuisine, to the expeditions was superlative! We especially appreciated how knowledgeable & courteous our guide, Carlos, was. It was so great to have him dedicated to just us throughout our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights at Awasi and had a fantastic experience! We love how everything was personalized to our interests—we definitely wanted to visit the falls, but also wanted some time to relax, and our guide create the perfect itinerary for us and took care of all the logistical details. She knew when to take us to different parts of the falls to avoid the crowds! From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything was taken care of for us (including completing web check-in for our flight so we could spend a little bit more time at the hotel instead of having to go to the airport early). Though service was wonderfully personalized, it was always done in a laid back manner and was never over-the-top nor intrusive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the multi-course menu that the chef created for us, with wine pairings, after hearing that we wanted to try the local cuisine! It was spectacular, and the wine was excellent too! This was our first experience with a Relais & Chateaux property and now we look forward to trying others!

Dear Andy L, It was wonderful to welcome you for your return trip to Iguazú! Having moments “alone” at the falls is always a treat and we’re happy Lorena was able to make that happen. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed our Chef’s “Misiones” tasting menu and learning all about the history of the local dishes. We look forward to welcoming you to our other destinations in the Atacama Desert and the Chilean Patagonia in the future. Best wishes, The Awasi Team

Awasi Iguazu is by far one of the nicest properties, if not the nicest, we have ever stayed at. The surrounding area is lush and beautiful. We were in the Master Villa which has two bedrooms. It was very well laid out. Upon arrival our room was stocked with fresh. delicious snacks and juice. The room was absolutely pristine, cool and comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming and went out of their way to curate an experience unique to our family. The attention to small details was notable. Our guide was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. The meals both on property, as well as our packed lunches and snacks were phenomenal. We had great appreciation for the fresh, local ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the main lodge having leisurely dinners and playing games. We were sad to leave and look forward to exploring the other Awasi locations.

Fantastic food, tour guides, and beautiful place to stay w/private plunge pool & never-ending amenities refurbishment! I highly recommend Awasi for both its ability to spoil its guests and provide great tour guides for seeing the Falls - from the Argentinian and Brazilian points of view.

An astonishing experience in one of the best, if not the best, hotels we´ve ever been to. Outstanding performance from the staff, which we could undoubtly say is the heart of the Awasi experience . In what refers to the excursions, the ones organized by this resort have no rivalry , in terms of planning and execution. Unbeatable programs (with the clear adavantage of all of them being taylor made for tho guests which can benefit from a private guide assigned to each villa) and ultimate material . Nevertheless , the hotel´s minimal environmental impact is worth of many awards. Long story short, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a real luxury experience, deeply connected to nature in a breath taking place . LONG LIVE AWASI IGUAZÚ!

Dear Álvaro M, It is wonderful to feel the excitement you hold for Awasi Iguazú through your words! Chapo loved showing you around to all of the special corners of the region, especially getting to show you the Garganta del Diablo without anyone else around. We are so happy to know you fully enjoy your stay with us and hope to see you again shortly! Warm regards, The Awasi Team
