I spent one night in Residencial Noelia just to barely sleep while I took full advantage of visiting the falls. I arrived after a 21-hour bus journey, and I arrived at 10:30 only to be told check in began at noon. I know that most hotels and hostels have a check in time, but this might be the only one... Staff was very friendly and hostel was well booked. We had a prived room with shared bath one night, and private bath the other night. First night our room was inbetween two floors which was a bit loud but okay. Rooms are nice and bed was okay. Second room was nice with a great bathroom! In the city there are... More

As a hostel this place was superb! Good kitchen (outdoor), good location - 10 minute walk from town centre and bus station, nice rooms, and even a swimming pool. Reasonably priced, and breakfast was simple but decent. The staff were friendly and helpful - as were the other guests! Wifi was included and decent too. A great base for visiting... More

Positives: 1. Good location 2. Cheap rooms 3. Ensuite private room Negatives: 1. Room smelt very clean on checking in and we soon realised this was masking a serious damp problem. We have just left with damp and musty smelling clothes. 2. Mixture of good and very indifferent service. This led to two issues: 2a. I tried to pay the... More

I experienced sexual harassment at this hostel, I believe by one of the staff members, and they did nothing about it. But aside from that, this hostel is extremely disorganized and the staff are unprofessional. When I arrived they did not have my reservation--luckily I had it printed out but the receptionist asked if he could keep the print-out to... More

The hostel ist ok. We payed ca. 60 arg. Pesos in a Dorm with ventilator. Normally you pay ca. 65 arg. Pesos, but with the holahostel.com card you get a 10% discount. The dorms are ok. They have lockers and enough space. The beds are bed. The bathroom is directly in the room, that is good. THe only thing is,... More

The room (double) was really spacious and clean. The aircon was working without any problems, which made a good sleep possible during hot&humid summer nights. Location is a plus, just couple minutes walk from bus terminal, but already in a green and pleasant residential neighborhood. Another plus was the lively hang-out area around the pool and reception with Brazilian music... More

If not the computer failre in the same time we were there this hostel would get 4 or so, but because of the mess and chaos we've seen it does not deserve it. We changed 3 rooms in 2 night and had horrible confusion with the dorms' bed and lockers. Good word should be said about the air condition in... More

I stayed here for just a night. There was a small swimming pool in front of the lobby. The room quality is ok. not good, not bad. They had an usable kitchen that you can use it. It's not far from the downtown. You can walk around 10-15 minutes to get there.
