We stayed for two nights in November 2006, and the stay was generally very good. I deliberated about staying here or the Sheraton in the National Park, and in retrospect, I wish I had stayed at the Sheraton. First, this hotel is not as luxurious as it is marketed, primarily because of a few customer service issues. We booked a...

Travelled to Iguazu Falls for the falls of course, but also for some R&R. Both were easily enjoyed at the Iguazu Grand. Our suite was basic in terms of decor, but perfect for our party of 2 adults and 3 tweens. It was two large rooms, with 2 tv's and 2 bathrooms. Both rooms had a balcony to enjoy the...

We spent our first 2 nights here after flying in from NYC, and we were glad to have had a relaxing place to start our trip. The room was huge and well appointed. We used the gym, spa, large pool and beautiful red clay tennis courts, and hardly saw another guest while using the amenities. We loved that they didn't...

We bought a 3 night Luxury Link package which included a Paradise suite (easily in the top ten we have stayed ever); transfers; breakfast; a dinner with wine; spas and great service. Once is probably enough to the falls and one full day in the heat and humidity was our limit, 'tho we did walk and see the entire AR...

My wife and I purchased a tour package for a trip to Agentina and Chile during the month of July 2006. It included a visit to the Iguazu Falls. The falls were spectacular, even though there was a drought and they did not have the amount of water they usually have. When we arrived at the Iguazu Grand Hotel it...

After much hemming and hahing, my husband I decided to spend the big bucks and stay here. It was worth every penny. Easily the nicest hotel we've stayed in - and that includes European grand hotels too. We got one of their package deals that included transport to the falls (they are amazing - yes - you do have to...

We booked a 2 night package from BA to Iguazu using a company I found on the web called Outdoorsargentina. Having read reviews on TA it looked like the Iguazu Grand was the best hotel option and we were not disappointed. Everything about the hotel from the huge well appointed rooms to the beautiful gardens exudes luxury. Our bathroom had...

We stayed here with our adult children. The check in was very slow but once settled the rooms were quite adequate. The pool area is very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was very limited and the room it was served in was difficult to find as it was a conference room not a restaurant. Whilst the food...

This hotel had beautiful, clean rooms but everything else was just average so it is definitely not worth the high price. Service, food, casino -- more like three star quality.

We stayed here from February 11-13 and it's a beautiful hotel. We checked in and were offered refreshing fruit drinks. The room was newly refurbished and enormous with central air-conditioning and lighting, 25-inch TV with cable and DVD player, mini-bar, in-room safe, evening turn-down service, two comfortable armchairs and small table, beautiful writing desk area, plenty of closet space and...
