Once you have finally decided to visit the Argentinian Patagonia, you will certainly need to stay in a place that infects you with the charm and beauty that this area instills. Hosteria Angelina is definitely that kind of place. Located on a main avenue of Esquel, just some blocks away from the city's bus station and fairly close to the... More

We only stayed here one night, but the rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. Our particular room had a king bed and a single bed which is nice for someone with a child. The continental breakfast was very tasty and complete. The owner was kind and very helpful and he speaks English too. I recommend this nice little hotel.

The hotel is clean and friendly and the rooms we saw were more than adequate. We stayed in one of two flats behind the hotel. Fortunately we didn't pay the full price because there wasn't breakfast or maid service at the beginning due to New Years day - this was explained before we accepted the flat so we were fine... Traveling on a fly fishing trip to the Rio Pico area, the four of us had five nights in Esquel before heading south, and we stayed at the Hotel Angelina. We were greeted by Carlos, who is the proud owner, as well as the day clerk, breakfast chef, laundry man, and performer of hundreds of other duties in his operation... More

We stayed here for two nights in January 2013 and had an amazing stay. The owners are on call all the time - a father and son combo. We stayed at this lovely family run hosteria for 3 nights in late October, and were delighted with all aspects of our visit. The hosteria is within easy walking distance of the main attractions in Esquel town, with a handy corner shop and bakery right next door. Our host, Caco, was extremely helpful and attentive, as was his lovely father.... More

I came to Esquel for a night and extended for three, in part because of the Hosteria Angelina. My room, at the single rate of about fifty-five dollars, was large, well-lit and very clean, with a comfortable queen sized bed. The breakfast was the best I had in Argentina, and far superior to that in more expensive hotels. The hotel... More

“All seemed quite good, with views over the small gardens.”

“My side, near the front room was very pleasant. Esquel goes to sleep, it seems, around ten, so noise is not an issue. A little window with a ledge provides a "refrigerator" on the cold Fall Patagonian nights.”

“All rooms seem to be good but the ones at the back are probably a bit quieter but Esquel does not get very noisy at night”
