The room and facilities were expected from the price but some thing could be better regarding service. When we asked the person in the recwption a suggestion for lunch they suggested mcdonalds! With all the amazing restaurants in bariloche this should not happen. Also when we asked about going to Colonia Suiza for Curanto they told us "did you know...

The hotel is located at convenient spot; less than five minutes walk is busy shopping area. Room is not spacious but clean. For the price we paid we're quite satisfied except wifi was not up to speed we use to in the States. Strangely, its dinning room (for breakfast) and sitting lobby were spacious with ancient decoration, comfortable couches and...

We booked the economy lake view room. It was obstructed and not very enjoyable. This hotel does not have air conditioning or fan. It was too hot in the room so we had to open the window. Unfortunately, it was a main road outside. We had to put up with constant nonstop noise and lots of dust. On a Saturday...

Bariloche is known as little Switzerland and the hotel was built in the fifties by a Swiss family on the shore of lake Nahuel Huapi. The rooms and bed are good. The hotel is only a short walk to the shops and many restaurants. Inclusive breakfast was good and the free cocktail worth enjoying. It was very nice to sit...

Nicely located, good as a basis for tours of the area and of the city. However, poor service: bar refused giving hot water for a second cup of tea, no iron or kettle in room. Reception staff friendly. Mainly serving groups.

We stayed only for a night to catch a flight to El Calafate. The hotel is located walking distance to most attractions. It has an amazing view of the Lago Nahuel Huapi. The breakfast had pastries, scrambled eggs, home made bread and assorted sweets. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Every table with a lake view. The best part was the...

Also rooms are old and poor maintained. Had to take sleeping peel, because of the noise coming from the road across the street. Also, could hear the guests walking in their room. Had the staff move us to a back room, for the 2nd night 🌃.

This is a hotel located in the very heart on Bariloche city, which is very convenient for me. There is a parking lot, not very big but it´s a plus. The thing I enjoyed most was the views from the halls and the dining room where you have breakfast. Spacious and bright. The room was big enough and quite comfortable....

Location Right in the center of town on the main street facing the lake Nahuel Huapi. Cant get any better! Check-in process There were 3 people working in Reception with 1 of them that spoke English.
