I spent 3 nights in Posada Newenkelen with my husband and my two children and it was really great: the rooms are very spacious, brand new and very nicely set and there is a stunning view of the lake and the mountains. Veronica, the owner is very nice and takes great care in making everything (the rooms, the breakfast, the...

From my point of view: you get a great value for the money. The host is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and warm. Bathroom is clean and fully functional. You can see that the owner puts attention to the place and keeps tidy, clean and even kind of "homey". The breakfast offers cereals with milk, bread (with...

I wouldn't say this place was Shangri-la, but it was a nice little place to stay. The owner Veronica is very nice and helpful, and know that you're going for a B&B experience. Absolutely worth the price. The lack of a lobby is something we knew about, so it didn't bother us -- we really just wanted some isolation and...

I'd like to put my review in another perspective. Please note that this B&B costs about 50 Eur per night. So in that perspective it is not bad, but saying it is a fantastic place is going for me a few steps too far... What I liked: - Clean - Friendly host - Not expensive What I liked less -...

We arrived around 21:30 at the posada, but were quickly welcomed by the owner and shown to our room. We were lucky to get the room at the end of the block which has a straight view on the Lago Argentino and the city center of El Calafate. If you arrive by bus, it is a 15 minute walk from...

We spent 2 nights here and liked it so much that we came back a week later for another night. We were in the end unit both times (Room 4), which has a large window with a spectacular view of the town. Veronica took such good care of us. She made us a wonderful brown bag lunch for our glacier...

This is a smaller residence/hotel, and the personal service from the proprietor was memorable. She was helpful with booking activities and friendly and made me love Argentina all the more. The room was sparkling clean and the views from any room in the facility took your breath away. The facility seems to be rather newly constructed and the bathroom is...

we stayed here for 5 nights in total, though not consecutively. as a result, we got to stay in different rooms (Room 2, 3 and 4) each time we returned. Room 2 and 3 were twin rooms and Room 4 was a double corner room with better views (corner window). I would recommend Room 4. Good: - The hostess Veronica....
