We have stayed 3 nights with my wife and my little son (2 years and a half). Service was excellent and rooms were very nice, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good also. I highly recommend it for lonely travelers or families as well.

We stayed there for only one night. It is a quaint hotel and we love it. The facilities were good and staffs were lovely. They gave us a map and suggested us ways around town and restaurants. The breakfast was homey and delicious. There were many selections of food. The hotel provides a parking space.

Nice and cozy hotel in Calafate, well located near to the main road and shopping area. It is a 4 stars hotel with Spa and gym area and all amenities, but it also offers the quite ambience of a familiar place. Nice to sit in the living room at the fireplace, or taste the genuine cuisine of the chef in...

Our room was on the same side as the kitchen. The back door of the kitchen couldn't be closed properly and was swinging back and forth all night letting off the most horrible high pitches noise and banging noise as the door moved in the wind. Called the reception many times and they couldn't find a way to close the...

My wife and I, best friend and his wife, stayed here for 2 nights before making our way north to El Chalten. First let me start with the highlights- the room was adequate with good temperature regulation. Also the breakfast here is fabulous. They have plenty of fruit, eggs, bacon, cookies, as well as yogurt and fluids. Plus, the front...

Very well located in town at walking distance to main road and dining attractions. Do not miss complimentary hot tub and sauna at third floor, you must book ahead of time to get 30 minutes for yourself, ask the front desk. Clean and comfortable bedrooms, although tub is quite narrow, and the faucet drips still after we have reported the...

I couldn't find a special section to review the restaurant specifically, so this review is specific to eating dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The service was excellent. The food was hit or miss. The salad was great, but the meat was a huge miss, which is such a disappointment in Argentina. The meat was overlooked (we ordered two...

We stayed here for two nights. When we arrived we were given a room that had a broken heater. We reported this to front desk on our way out and they assured us that it would be fixed upon our arrival. We came back 3 hours later and the room was an oven, so we called down. We could not...

A 2 night stay in el Calafate at the calafate parquet hotel. The hotel is in a great location close to the Main Street and the Lake. Our room was on the small side with an extremely small bathroom. Staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. A suggestion for anyone staying at the hotel is to request a...

The hotel has a very central location in El Calafate. The room was large, warm, clean, comfortable and had a safe. The staff are very helpful at reception. There was free WIFI throughout the hotel and the included breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
