DON'T STAY HERE even if it's the only hostel available online. There are tons of different hostels close by. Within 5 minutes of trying to check in, after making a reservation with Hostelworld, the owner kicked me out because I mistakenly did not see the NO SHOES SIGN. I asked her to relax when she started screaming at me, Id...

I had read the negative reviews before my stay from people calling this hostel "torre of rules" and things like that, so I knew there will be rules. I think I am really tolerant with rules, I even like it when there are some rules. I am convinced that you need some structure in a place where many people of...

Rude and arrogant owner. Didnt feel welcome. The place was clean, but thats the only positive thing to say. The family owners were loud, bossy and dont have any idea how to be friendly and serviceminded.

We stayed here for a few nights because it was about the cheapest availible. The hostel is clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is fine, location is fine...but those are the only positive things I have to say. The Rooms are small, overcrouded and there is no place for bags. There is NO electricity in the room so charging is only...

We should've listened to the other bad reviews but chose this place bc of the good location. Big mistake. The owner Marisa is extremely rude and is constantly yelling at the guests about her many rules. There are rules posted all over the hostel. She only speaks Spanish, which can make it difficult to communicate if you do not. She...

I really wish we would have listened to all the other reviews. This place almost goes out of their way to make you feel not at home. Rules, rules, and more rules!! Like all the other reviews stated, the owner is extremely strict and rude and runs around barking rules at you in Spanish. She doesn't speak English at all...

It is hard to properly explain how disappointed we were so I'll just make a list of what happened: *We booked a double room but it ended up being unavailable after booking it. *There are signs everywhere about what you MUST and MUSTN'T do. * The owner does not know how to talk to people politely, is always on your...

The hostel was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. I didn't like that they had instant coffee and milk. The milk for the cereals tasted also as powder milk. The lady of the hostel did help us as we could only stay there for one night and we had trouble finding a room. They have a lot of odd rules....

We choose to leave this hostel after two nights, the way how the owner (Marisa) talk to customers was not acceptable. She was nice with us but treating other people like that is not possible 1- the breakfast start at 8.30. BUT all tours, activities, bus start at 8 so no breakfast for you 2- The kitchen is closed at...

The good: Concidering what you get, is fairly good money concidering prices in Ushuaia. The place is very clean, kitchen well equiped, bathrooms are clean, nice hot shower, the rooms are small, but cozy and the beds are comfortable. Also, the place is family-run and everybody in the family is present. It feels a bit like an argentinian home that...
