The rooms are clean and big. Good beds. The hotel's service is basic. People do nothing to give you a good time. But the disappointment comes when you enter the restaurant. Waiters in a bad mood, coffee in the morning with old bread, forget any fruit or fresh food. We had dinner one night and decided that was the worst...

I was on an organized trip and so I didn’t get to pick the hotels that I stayed at. Initially, I was lukewarm about this hotel because it is a forty minute walk into town and given the route and terrain, this was not very practical. Also previous reviewers had commented negatively on the unreliability of the schedule for the...

The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned and the rooms a little tired, but welcoming and the room we had was a really good size, lots of space and comfortable. The location (right on the Beagle Channel) is the reason to stay - great views from the bedroom window and all around the hotel. It is located a fair...

The hotel is near the airport and is quite silent and cozy. Great views! Specially from the restaurant. Decent breakfast but no wifi service! Room's bar offerings were poor. Good heating system and fair bathroom. Not exactly the best in town but you may want to give it a try!

Hotel has a pretty location right on the water, across the inlet from airport. Older rooms with dated decor and they are not very clean. Stay here only if you have a car as the hotel shuttle service has in-frequent drop off times and it is a 40 minute walk to town. The rooms have thin walls which allows you...

The location was great for us, as we had a rental car and it was not far to town, restaurants, the glacier or Tierra del Fuego National Park. The included breakfast was very good and the room quite adequate and quiet, with a nice view. Desk clerks were moderately helpful but not on "concierge quality." The dinner meals were mediocre...

Nice stay in this hotel, with super view on Beagle Chanel - Good food in a restaurant overlooking the Beagle Chanel. Little bit far from downtonw Ushuaia but quiet area. We were on tour and this was a good address

The hotel's glass-walled dining room is a stone's throw from the Beagle Channel. You can watch the prolific birdlife along the channel while having a meal. We spent an unscheduled three days in the hotel courtesy of Aerolinias Argentinas when our plane was damaged by a bird strike. With no seats to be had out of Ushuaia we missed our...

Stayed here several times. Excellent hotel although when I stayed the indoor pool was colder than the beagle canal! Best view of the city! The Suites are very nice and the service in the suite are very good as well. Lobby is nice and the restaurant is also good.

Beautiful location and lovely surrounds and views. Perfect for staying at after a cruise and unwinding, rather than rushing for that flight home. Good restaurant. Clean and tidy. Wifi only in reception. A bit far out if the CBS but there is a courtesy bus. Overall good value.
