Really liked the room, and the jacuzzi bath. I didn’t try the food onsite, as there was no vegan option to speak of (perhaps they would have made me one, if I had asked, though). Can’t say enough good things about the front desk. So lovely! Thank you!

The hotel is very close to the cruise check-in and pier. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast is very good and it has a nice view! The staff is friendly and helpful. The downside is it's in the main street so it's a bit noisy.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the main San Martin Street, walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. We stayed in room 401 on the top floor, with a balcony, on San Martin Street, with great views. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was on the same floor, and had great views (see photos). They have very friendly staff who gave us good recommendations. The hotel manager/Supervisor (Freddy) was around and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Ushuaia is a lovely small town. It was easy to walk around the town from the hotel. Hard Rock cafe was a few minutes away and had live music. There were many restaurants in the town - highly recommended to have the live king crab while in Ushuaia (very cheap price). I can recommend this hotel while in Ushuaia, for its central location and excellent staff.…

Our first experience at Lennox Ushuaia was very good. This time (in a different room) the internet signal was very limited. Also, the front desk was very accommodating for a flatter pillow on our first visit, but scowled at us with the same request on the second visit. Note that this service is specifically offered in their Hotel Directory. Finally, the room was not particularly clean with hairs and toenails in evidence.
