Beautiful lodge way up a mountain run by wonderful lady who does not speak English but has an assistant manager who speaks perfect English. The ground are very well designed and maintained. The entire lodge is filled with antique furniture complimented with great Ecuadran food.

We took a taxi from Banos to the swing and it cost about $20 for our group of 5. Hacienda Manteles is well outside of Banos and I think it took about 45 minutes or an hour to get to the hotel. I am not sure if there is any... More

It is maybe easier to get in touch from Banos, a backpackers heaven and which is the biggest town nearby.
