We were flying out on Sunday and pretty much everything was closed. The Sheraton's coffee space was open and serving lovely coffee and cakes. It was air conditioned and comfortable. I don't usually travel Sheraton class but this was a godsend.

We booked a superior room for 6nights. Two weeks before our Samoa holiday I emailed reservations for an early check in, a possible free upgrade and my SPG members number. I had booked for Airport transfer on the Sheraton Aggie Grey's website, there was only three passengers on the bus but somehow we waited till the airport was closed before...

Did not stay here but visited for lunch and was a little disappointed . Staff OK but did not have Nuu (Drinking coconuts), did not have selection of teas - just one option and felt the 3 man guitar team were just going through the motions. Food was OK and pricing what you would expect. Overall, the property looks great...

This hotel has a great location in Apia township. The rooms are very nice and the food is great. There is free wifi on the lobby but you can purchase 24 hours for WST50. They don't have the gym and spa yet but their swimming pool makes up for it. You also do not want to step out of their...

Much work has been done on Aggie Grey's to turn it into a first class hotel. On the harbour front, there's an internal courtyard with rooms facing inward and in the centre little bungalows which flow through to the large open sided dinning room and then pool. To one side there are more rooms and bungalows and a lap pool....

My sister and I travelled to Apia and picked Aggie greys hotel by accident, what an amazing accident! Never before experienced such attentive and helpful staff! Loved it and would definitely return to Aggies and Samoa!

We travelled with a group of 15. Check in was smooth , once we arrived at the correct Sheraton Samoa (be aware- there are 2, Resort is out of town, Bungalows is in town :) Our travel agent even got mixed up). The staff as a whole were very helpful and friendly and knew their jobs. The family rooms were...

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel because we felt well looked after and the food was excellent. Pool area was gorgeous but shame the pool bar was never operational. That would have made it so much better. The room was lovely and big with beautiful comfortable beds and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Being right in Apia was...

I had a beautiful bungalow room . Spacious and everything worked so well . A luxury Samoan feel to the room. The staff were very friendly . But It's not a complete hotel. And far from my expectation of a 5 star hotel When I arrived at 11pm there was no room service (it finished at 9pm) The only option...

We (my mum and my 2 year old daughter) had a lovely 3 day stay at Aggies. The double room was lovely and we were right by the pool. The front desk and concierge staff were great, slightly let down by the restaurant staff who you had to work hard to get attention from. I thought overall the food was...
