What a wonderful treat to have in Payson, AZ The Majestic Mountain Inn is exceptionally clean. All personnel are friendly and helpful, We always get the deluxe room when we get this way. It has a fireplace, 32" color TV-both built into a stone surround. Vaulted knotty pine ceilings and a back door that has a small pstio in a...

I stayed at this hotel in 8/15 and was not satisfied. But I tried to book again and the prices on their website did not match when you called. Much higher. In November, this was brought to their attention and remedied. This time the manager was dismissive and didn't care that prices didn't match. I advise not booking here again....

just stayed one nite in August when we were on a little road trip through the area. great location near restaurants etc on main street, cute lodge theme. although we were on the second floor with no balcony, there is seating just outside the room door to enjoy the lovely evening. breakfast included was fine.

We stayed here twice on a recent trip, 9/20 & 9/25. We always get a first floor room, which has the patio in rear accessed by room also, looking out onto a grassy, shady lawn area. Table and two chairs... the patio was not as clean as we would have expected, and said something .. next visit, it was much...

Majestic's rooms are spacious and clean, their staff friendly and what a quaint space- love staying there. Have visited several times - last time we lucked out and got a spa...so nice after long hikes in the woods to come back to a fire place and spa!

wonderful staff. Sheets, pillows blankets poor quality. Towels less than average in softness. Sunday breakfast good, weekday breakfast adequate. Two doors convenient, one to parking, one to courtyard. Soundproof walls. Fireplace added ambience. Would not stay again if no new bed and bath linens.

We stayed for one night. Room was adequate. No frills so to say. Free breakfast not a healthy one. We went to a local restaurant down the street for a healthy breakfast. Really would have to think about staying there again if it is more than one night.

We stayed at Majestic Mountain Inn toward the end of our trip, and my husband's bad back had really begun to hurt. The kind and patient staff went out of their way to accommodate him, including upgrading our room. The motel is located in a beautiful area and has many outside amenities such as places to walk and sit. The...

This is the highest rated lodging in Payson. Having said that, don't expect too much. The rooms are basic and dimly lighted. The "breakfast" is in the lobby with very limited seating, and it is not really on par with the free breakfast that is provided at a discount motel chain. On one hand, you don't go to Payson to sit...

Stayed in a luxury king room... the hotel is not much to look at from the outside... not rustic or cabin-y, just a typical hotel, but the room was fantastic... gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, large shower... big room... clean, fiendly staff... would definetly reccommend for a not-so-rustic getaway in payson... close to the rim and all sorts of outdoor activities....
